A mark of a good company
A mark of a good company such as this is good communication. Genuine and honest response if or when there is an issue . (I didn't have any issues with the product but there was some confusion over the dimensions which was quickly resolved ). Delivery was prompt and the product good. I would definitely use this company again.

Odpowiedź od Flame Crafters
Hi Mrs Scott,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear the electric stove wasn’t as quiet as you'd expected.
While all electric stoves do produce a gentle fan sound when in heat mode (similar to a laptop or bathroom fan), the model you purchased is actually one of the quietest available on the market today. That said, we completely understand that sound is very subjective — what’s subtle to one person might stand out to another.
We truly value your feedback, as it helps other customers make informed choices and allows us to keep improving. If you’d like to chat further or need help adjusting any settings, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’re always here to help.
Warm regards,
The Flame Crafters Team
