Topnotch Customer Service!
NeonPilgrim is topnotch in the area of customer service. I ordered a neon wedding sign to be used for my daughter's bridal shower and wedding. The first sign was lost in delivery. We put in UPS claims on both ends - shipper and receive and never heard anything. NeonPilgrim contacted me and told me they were making another sign to make sure we had it for the shower. The sign is beautiful and will be enjoyed for years to come.

Future returning customer
The only “issue” I had was I was given the wrong tracking number so I thought my sign was sent to a different state but after communicating with you guys it was resolved & my sign came in perfectly, definitely ordering again.

So much better than expected!!
This neon sign is absolutely amazing and far surpassed my expectations. It was easy to hang on the wall and the clear cord is much less noticeable than a black one would be. Very happy! 10/10 would recommend!

Such a great experience!
I can’t recommend NeonPilgrim enough! The design process for a custom sign was so easy and we even had someone from the company reach out to make sure everything was good to go before production. Production and shipping were fast and the final product is beautiful! It is everything we wanted and absolutely perfect for our wedding. Thank you NeonPilgrim!

Excellent
Very happy with my purchase from Neon Pilgrim. Good communication and design tools for custom signs.
I haven’t had my sign long enough to review the durability of it but the quality everywhere else is great! I highly recommend getting the dimmer switch as it can be quite bright on the highest setting.
Thanks again! This sign will compliment our wedding decor very nicely.
