My earrings arrived broken. I’ve emailed 3 times and had no response. I’ve also messaged on Instagram, absolutely disgusting that they decide to just NOT respond having paid £79 for a broken item.

Our customer service team is not in the habit of ignoring emails, so I would like to get to the bottom of this and sort it out for you.
All items are double checked by 2 members of our team at the time of dispatch, so If an item is damaged on delivery we would obviously offer a return or an exchange, and raise a claim with the delivery company.
As yours is a first time review on TrustPilot and an Unverified review we cannot see a customer order number, so we do not know who you are and thus do not have your contact details.

We do. On every product page. As follows:
"We are based in London, United Kingdom but deliver worldwide. Please note that any import taxes at the point of entry to your country are the responsibility of the purchaser."
It's pretty well known that if you purchase something overseas then your country will ask you to pay import tax.
Not sure what more we can do here. But your 1 star review due to your Government's tax rules seems harsh.
