I placed my order on July 19, and it was supposed to be shipped by August 7. When I checked the tracking page on that date, it only said “delayed” and promised an update within 48 hours. No update ever came, and now the shipping date has simply been pushed to August 23. On top of that, when I contacted customer support, I received no clear explanation—just the same vague “delayed” message.

This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. If you cannot fulfill an order, at least be honest with your customers instead of constantly pushing back the date with no accountability. I will definitely not be ordering from Fishpond again and cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Update:
After August 23, my order was again delayed. I am changing my rating from 2 stars (which I originally gave only because of the affordable prices) to 1 star. This really makes no sense and is completely unprofessional.

I was promised my vinyl record would arrive in Ireland on 7th Aug. allowing 24 days to deliver. Although it only one day late, tracking shows in all that time they only manged to get my item to London from their base in Gloucester. No information on when it will arrive. Google tells me I could walk from Gloucester to London in 37 hours. 25 days and counting. First and last order with this company.

Had to wait 6 to 7 weeks for delivery as was imformed it wasnt in stock after i ordered and paid for item

Quite a straight forward way to order and item arrived promptly.

I made 2 orders, the first one is missing on delivery and the second one is cancelled after a month when they said they already shipped it. I dont get why we dont receive a tracking number

Wanted to get a book for my wife that was released in the UK but not yet in the US. Fishpond sent it to me for a very reasonable price and free shipping!

I was so excited to receive this book in the mail. My husband purchased it for me and I couldn't be happier.

What an absolute disgrace. I've waited three weeks for a textbook - only to receive nothing. No updates posted on my tracking, an abysmal response from the Customer Service Team. This company is a complete joke. When I want to track my order, I expect to see EXACTLY where it is not just "Your order has been placed on February 27th" with no additional information to the books whereabouts. In three weeks, I haven't been given a single update outside of an expected delivery time of 14th of March to 19th of March - which, as you can imagine, my order didn't arrive during this time. DO NOT waste your time or money with this company, it'll simply leave you with a headache.

Good price, book in perfect condition. Kept me up to date on transaction. Would use Fishpond again!
