3 books out of 7 ordered were lost

3 books out of 7 ordered were lost. Fishpond did not replace one that was available but at a higher price. The other two that I have been told that they will be replaced have not been received 3 weeks later and no further comms to provide an update.

Takes too long to deliver

Takes too long to deliver. The second time I have been waiting weeks. I am still waiting.

A happy return buyer

I am a return purchaser and over the years I have been dealing with Fishpond the service give has been excellent. I've never had an issue. One minor matter that probably could be improved is the packaging material. I have found with our postal-courier providers they aren't all that fussed about handling. Upon receipt of item/s they have arrived split open - not all, the odd occasion. Thankfully without too much damage done.

I am still waiting for my parcel that…

I am still waiting for my parcel that is long overdue, I have been in touch with our mail services, and it appears that the parcel is still at Fishpond warehouse. Over the past few days, I had to make a number of phone calls to try and established where the parcel is, and I have no idea. regads Malcolm

They have great prices for books and…

They have great prices for books and offer worldwide free shipping, no subscription or anything like that required. Amazing service with tracking all the way to your door.
They do take a bit to send out preorder items but for the price it's worth the wait.

Excellent system

Excellent system, great for tracking and notifications. Great list of products and subject matters. Your prices are also well below most of the retail outlets. This is why I started going to Fishpond first when looking for books, music, et al. Cheers!.

Great customer service

My order took over 8 weeks to arrive which was very frustrating. HOWEVER the customer service I received was outstanding! Thank you for being so great with things that are out of your control.

What a frustrating experience

What a frustrating experience! I followed up with them on a later delivery the tracking info said a courier label had been added but it was sorting in their processing depot for two weeks. Fishpond said it was a delay on NZ Post's part, NZ Post said they hadn't picked it up so asked Fishpond to get in touch with them. But Fishpond just ignored my request and came back offering to find a replacement. Meaning they knew they lost it but no apology even when they could tell how frustrating I was finding this lack of customer service. I've requested a full refund - will never buy from them again. I would advise the same unless you don't care whet your parcel arrives and you enjoy pointless conversations which go around in circles.
