I had an incident with this company, and I’m sharing my experience to let everyone know that if you ever encounter a problem with your shipment, you will not get any proper support, and please make sure that your seller is providing a return option, in my case, they black mailed me to pay over 240 USD to return a shipment to the seller just because the seller was not providing a free return label, knowing that I have found a courier to collect the shipment from their side and return it to the seller with just a 50 USD…not to mention that I offered to pay for packing they did for the shipment.

The shipping calculator on the website is misleading if you don’t have the dimensions, in my case it was double the shipping fees because of the dimensions…the customer service Fea and Sofi are the worst customer service you will ever encounter in your life…they are both rude and unprofessional, especially Sofi who was hiding behind the chat screen and reading my messages but not answering me, or answering me with nonsense reasons…

Bottom line, since I have a new born on the way, I had to pay the Extereme shipping fees, as they didn’t leave me other choice and they abused the situation because they knew about it.

Excelent customer service, and pristine delivery conditions and time.

this company will take your items and accuse you of fraudulent activities and suspend your account, avoid at all costs please do not lose your money and items to these thieves its not worth the risk the reviews must be fake every 1 star review i have read i can relate to the same problems , do not risk it be warned

I am sending several shipments with fish is fast and they all went good very fast and reliable and they even shrink my last shipment from 1.9 to 1.3lb the reason i gave them 4 star (it need to be 4.5) because they folded my shipment too much and they almost ruined my buoncy swim short i think they need to pay more attention but overall they are very good fast and not so expensive (up to 2 lb it cost 40$from us to israel less then a week!)

Small or large packages, they deliver it with the best safety and making sure all the contents are well packaged, they are quick, as soon as the order for packing is placed, they listen when you request additional pictures and stuff, at one time when i requested that i needed additional pictures and they delivered it at no additional cost, great experience over all, love the choices they give me for which shipping company to use.

Nice and fast service just shipping prices need to be reviewed coz are a bit high compared by some ohter companies

I've never used a package forwarding service before so I was a bit worried using Fishisfast, since it was on the cheaper side and there were mixed reviews about it as well. I have gotten my first package and I'm really happy. This whole process was easy from getting your own US address to the customer service. I emailed them a lot and they replied to those emails very quickly and tried their best to help me. I really liked the pricing as well. I know for sure that I'll keep using it in the future as well.

In recent years, I have often bought goods on various websites and online stores in America. I really liked the Fishisfast mail broker service. Its staff are always helpful and helpful. Parcels are packed very quickly and there is the possibility of economical delivery of up to 20 kg. to Russia. I don't see the need to change my mail intermediary.
