The bus didn’t even show up to pick up…
The bus didn’t even show up to pick up the kids. The after hours numbers that were provided did not work. When I called to talk about this someone took the report and said they would get back to me. It have been 5 days and I have heard nothing. Unfortunately we are limited for school bus options in this area.

First Charter Bus was absolutely perfect. They were prompt and kind and made sure everyone arrived on time, safely, and happy. First Charter was well priced and worth every penny! I highly recommend!

The bus charter was great
The bus charter was great! John the driver arrived before the appointed time. He asked me all the right questions about our trip so that we would arrive and leave on time. He was most congenial! All riders enjoyed themselves as a result of his professionalism.
