Driver was 30 minutes late arriving at our facility to pick us up, causing us to be late to our event. Besides that, driver was safe and got us to and from our location as needed.

A different charter bus company left 107 vocal music students from Indiana stranded in St. Louis. Student First bus saved the day and our trip! We can't thank you enough!!

Great service but arrived 45 minutes late due to the rain

Thank you for getting us safely to our destination. Our bus drivers were amazing!!

The bus showed up an hour and a half late, we were lied to and told they had a wrong pick
Up location on their sheet. Come to find out, we weren’t even on the schedule even though we were billed and sent a confirmation. Our time was cut short and we are now a week since the trip with no resolution. One manager said he’d give a 2 hour credit, then came back and said nope he can only give 1 hour. Our trip was already cut short by an hour. I’ve reached out to the Senior Manager, Lucas several times and he has yet to respond to me. Absolutely horrible customer service, would never recommend this company again.

We rented 2 buses. One driver was not very friendly. The other bus was an hour late and we had to call to see where they were. After being on hold for 20 minutes we were finally able to determine that the bus was actually coming. I would have hoped if they were having trouble they would have let us know, not the other way around. Especially when you have 60 children waiting for over an hour.

Overall a great experience! The bus was about 45 min late picking us up due being at the incorrect location. Clean buses and friendly staff would use your services again!

1 of the 2 buses was late and each time I called dispatch I received inaccurate times that driver would arrive. This pushed all the games back for the day. Driver then went and picked up the other school after being more than an hour late for the 2nd pick up instead of following the route thus causing further delays.

The driver was 30 minutes late. They took the first group of kids to the location, but the never returned to pick up the next group. We had scheduled 4 groups to be shuttled. I called to find out where the driver was and I was on hold for over 45 minutes. I called multiple times on different lines, a few were sent to the voicemail after 15 or so minutes of being on hold. When I got ahold of a person she was friendly, but I guess they couldn't find the driver either. They sent a completely different driver. After that it was fine till pickup. When pickup came around our driver wasn't around. I called and didn't wait long this time and spoke with the same woman. The new driver didn't know where to pickup, but after some talking between the 3 of us, he got there.
In the end, we had 3 different drivers for a one bus trip. Our children's trip was cut short, because the driver was late then never came back. And we still are paying in full.

The bus was over a 1/2 hour late. 43 guests were left in a panic in the rain uncertain as to a means to get to the venue. The service issue was that no one would answer either of the day of trip/after hours phone numbers listed on the contract. I was on hold for 30 minutes after the time the bus was scheduled to make the first pick up, while myself and family members were trying to solve for our guests transportation issues. I understand a substitute driver was needed. As the day of trip contact no communication of the delay was made. If someone would have called or answered the phone much undo stress on multiple family members could have been eliminated. Issues arise, how we deal with them defines the company and “service”. The driver was sent into a difficult situation and handled it professionally.

Naturally, safety is the priority when transporting students, and our driver was lovely. She was very careful and courteous. However, the bus initially arrived about 20 minutes late. This caused us to be late for the start of our field trip.
