Job well done
Everything your company did was spot on. The booking conformation was immediate and informative. The bus was immaculate and came on time ( even a little early) that was appreciated.
The best part of our experience was your driver Felix.
He was very friendly and courteous to everyone. Knew exactly where and how to get to our location in NYC.
He was even mindful of everyone entering and exiting the bus on a narrow roadway to insure their safety. When it was time to leave he was parked right out front of our location, ready to escort us back on the bus for our return trip home. We have used your company several times for different occasions and are always pleased with your service. Well done

Never showed up to event.
First Student Charter never showed up to my event, leaving all guests stranded. Dispatcher said he “was on vacation” and didn’t want to deal with it when we called to find out where the bus was.
2 days, and 20 voicemails later have still not heard back as to what happened, or why it happened.

Montauk Wedding Guest Shuttles
We used First Student school buses for our wedding guest shuttles and they were extremely amazing to work with! Debbie our bus driver was so kind, and so easy to work with. I would recommend this company again and again.

We used First Charter Bus Rental to transport our guests home from our after party after our wedding. We had several different homes out on Eastern Long Island and it was a bit complicated. The team was very helpful along the way helping me figure out all of the logistics. Service the day of ran smoothly and all of our guests were able to get home safely.

Perfect service
Perfect service! We were so pleased that during our daughters wedding we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our guests were so happy that they got to and from the wedding celebration with ease.
