Reliable and timely service
The bus was perfectly on time, we didn’t have to worry about anything. The driver was very pleasant and let the kids play music. This was a fun way to bring my kiddo’s birthday party group to their party destination. All the kids had so much fun.

Reliable service
It was very easy and straightforward to book a shuttle bus service for our wedding with first charter. They were very responsive and took time to answer my questions. Hired for wedding shuttle
Hired First Charter to provide shuttles for our wedding. They were slightly delayed in picking up guests from the hotel however this was due to fairly significant traffic that day, and they still got all the guests to the wedding prior to the start of the ceremony. They were on time at the end of the night. Staff were friendly and they were very easy to communicate with prior to our event. Would definitely consider using this company again in the future!

Amazing Experience
Customer service was very accommodating when we asked to reschedule our trip to the following day due to bad weather. We also had a fantastic and friendly driver. Overall a great experience!

Bus driver didn't speak English. He went to the wrong drop off location. Was 30 minutes late to picking us up from our location and when I called his phone number, he did not pick up. I had to go to another bus driver at our location and ask them to radio him.
