Don’t let the bad reviews scare you.
I was so nervous for my wedding and the shuttles specifically and I was so relieved when everything went off without a hitch! The reviews of this service were very misleading, and I’m happy I stuck with First Charter for our big day.
Mark called me the day before to assure me everything would be fine, and texted me his number and the driver’s name and number so I would have full access.
Francisco, the driver, was friendly, prompt and had the AC running so no one had to worry about their hair or getting too hot! It was an absolute pleasure and I couldn’t have been happier. HIGHLY recommend. Not only was it more affordable than a limo or coach service, it added some extra character! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Wedding Party Left Stranded
The buses, which were not full, departed the venue prior to the scheduled time and stranded the wedding party for over 90 minutes. After leaving, no one knew if the buses would return to get the wedding party because the bus drivers did not respond to calls or texts. After trying to contact Mark(in charge of our service) for an hour, we finally called someone riding on the bus and had them instruct the driver to return to the venue for a second pick up. Mark, who was on vacation and driving to Florida, finally contacted us after we had already taken care of the problem. I can not recommend using this service, as I would not want anyone else to experience the same anxiety we felt, initially, of not knowing if the buses were going to return.

Our night with First Student was smooth
Our night with First Student was seamless. I realized we needed a second bus a few months out and it was not a problem to add. They were prompt and got everyone from all of the hotels to the venue and back!

This was our second time using a First…
This was our second time using a First Student Charter bus (first for our wedding, then again for our reception that was delayed due to COVID), and we were pleased both times!! Easy booking, accessible customer service for any plans that needed to be altered, and service was always exactly as we asked for. I'd definitely use them again for future events!

Great experience
Our driver, Donna arrived on time and was very pleasant. We had tons of traffic going back to the venue, but she always remained calm. I definitely recommend as a great cost effective way for wedding transportation. The kids loved it as well!

We received exceptional Service From Madeline at First Charter
We received exceptional Service From Madeline. She was right on time from 5:00 pm up until Midnight, and got everyone to the reception on time. She even did an additional run to the hotel to make sure no guests were left behind before the reception started.
I also appreciated the call from John the day before the wedding to confirm the information, and to provide us with his contact and Madeline's contact information, this left one less thing to stress about
I would use First Charter again & would recommend to others.
