I have nothing but positive things to say about my recent booking. People answered the phone, return my emails and called me when there was a question. Our bus was exactly where it needed to be and every direction was followed to the letter. I will use them again next year.

The drivers we had were very professional, especially the gentleman who drove the bus I was riding in. That man was wonderful.

Good people to work with. It would have been helpful to know the bus had no below deck storage.

Earlham College puts on Earlham Excursions for our students to go to various events within a reasonable distance of our campus. The staff and driver were courteous. The bus was super clean. We will use them again!

Working with First Student was awesome! We rented a bus for our wedding to get family and the bridal party transported for photos and it was honestly so fun! Getting the bus reserved was a little tricky because we had to add a stop a few weeks out. But when the day arrived, the bus was early, our driver was so friendly, and everything went great!

First Charter has always been great. Always on time. Clean buses. And out driver, Lanea, was wonderful. This is an annual company outing and we will always come back to you for our transportation.

The bus driver, actual trip itself, and efficiency was great! Our bus driver was super nice and she easily got us where we needed to go. The only downside is that when we were picked up the bus was almost 20min late and then on the return trip when we were picked up the bus was 10 min late. We are not mad but it was stressful when had over 40 teenagers waiting on a bus that I wasn't sure was coming and I had no number to contact to check on the ETA of the bus. Ok that was all! Thank you so much! Overall a good trip.

The drivers were less than patient, barking orders, completely awful compared the other drivers we've had with other bussing companies.

Normally when I use First Student the bus drivers are great. This last bus driver bus #2 made the trip very unpleasant. She was constantly yelling about the tiniest things. I also asked her to turn the AC off because some of the kids were cold and she never turned it off. She said she turned it down. Again, most of my experiences with First Student bus drivers have been great but yesterday was stressful.

Buses were air conditioned but they did not do as planned. They were supposed to shuttle our wedding guests to and from the ceremony and stay parked at the ceremony site until it was over but they did not stay. I’m not sure where they went for half an hour… then my guests were waiting around another half an hour after the ceremony… in the 90* heat.
I was not satisfied. I spoke with Brenda days before the wedding about where they would park and every last detail, but somewhere along the lines the plan was not followed. Other than not doing as instructed, my guests said the buses were clean and drivers were friendly. Very grateful for A/C.

Excellent trip. The main office was very easy to work with regarding getting our trip scheduled. The driver called me the day of to ensure pick up locations. They arrived on time and we had a safe trip.
