First, I wanted to start with the "bad". Scheduling the shuttle service was difficult, and we had little visibility to confirmation of our booking. We had to jump through several hoops to get the hours we wanted but the terminal manager ended up making it work. We couldn't get transportation from the hotels to the venue, only return trips from the venue to the hotels. This is due it being a Friday and limited amount of drivers not committed to school services.

Now, the "good": The price itself was great, and considering there are not a lot of other options in the area, we were more than happy to have safe transportation for this cost. Alternatives would have been coming from approximately an hour away, and were well over $1000 for the night.

Overall, the service itself was great. We got our guests safely back to their hotels from the venue, which, ultimately, is what we needed.

The shuttle bus was a great addition to our wedding for our guests. Everyone could attend without worries about transportation. It sounded like it was much appreciated, though the final shuttle was earlier than we had been quoted.

We had such a great experience. Everyone was helpful and kind and made our night run so smooth.

We hired this bus service for our wedding day- the bus never showed up to take the wedding party to the venue. Earlier in the week they had called to make sure all the times and addresses were correct so I thought it was handled. When I called that day the woman on the phone was so nice but had accidentally put down the wrong time. The bus wouldn’t be there for another 45 mins (1 hour 45 mins past original pick up). We all just got into our cars and ended up driving to the venue having to pick up our cars the next day. On the way home I was under the impression if we went past 12:30 am they would continue the trip and just charge my card. Our driver was not happy that she was going to be working past 12:30. She told me “I get off at 12:30, I can’t be making two stops” some guests were going to one hotel and some to a residence- which I had explained on the phone originally. We ended up having to have the hotel guests get off at our house and be driven to their hotel. I wish I had a better experience because the school bus is fun and can hold a lot of people but I wouldn’t use them again.

The bus driver for our wedding party and then for our guests at The Boulevard hotel was very late for both routes. It appeared that she didn’t have directions to Tabor Hill Winery or a gps system to navigate by. Why didn’t she at least have a cell phone and use her gps? She was lost at the end of the night as well. She stopped the bus early on, turned on the lights and asked all of us where she was supposed to turn! Thankfully, my daughter, the bride, had her phone gps up and have her the directions! I believe the driver’s name is Denise. This was a terrible experience. The wedding was beautiful but started 45 minutes late because of the late transportation. We will be requesting some money back!

We used first charter for my wedding in Benton Harbor to shuttle guests from the hotel to the venue and back. Very professional, on time, and patient with waiting for my guests. They made multiple trips all night which was perfect for anyone who needed to leave early. And best of all everyone thought it was SO FUN to ride in a school bus! Highly recommended

I rented two buses for my wedding with the expectation to pay for the time they were in use to safely transport my guests to an after reception spot and then back to their hotels which I mapped out and provided address to all of them. Apparently the bar they planned to go To was at capacity and the bus driver refused to take them to another bar which was down the street because it was not on the itinerary. I respect the drivers time and the company for providing us with this safe ride home and at the end of the day that was achieved and I am happy with that. I wish the “itinerary” restrictions could be lifted or altered specifically for any type of wedding party where multiple drop off locations will be necessary. Thank you again!

The driver was late, which led us being late for our wedding photos & our guests missing the cocktail hour, didn’t know how to get to the venue or back to the hotel & we had to have someone sit with her & navigate her & according to my guests was driving with the lights off in the dark & randomly slamming on her brakes in the middle of the street because she couldn’t see.

Our driver was very courteous and helpful. Going above and beyond to ensure our planned trip was accurate and enjoyable.
