We love our Fireplace! The many options this fireplace has is great! Quality of product and easy installation was a plus!

Kudos to the Excellent Customer service team at Fireplaces USA. After reading horror stories of other fireplace websites I was super skeptical to give them a try. Jessica their sales and customer support rep. was phenomenal from the beginning from purchasing through delivery through warranty issues. She was in touch proactively and working with me closely communicating each step of the process and making sure I was up to date. They are the best company to work with when it comes to product that value for money and they have your back covered. We had some delivery and warranty issue which she addressed on time and always responded to queries. I would definitely recommend anyone skeptical to purchase a gas fireplace online . This fireplace was expensive but with the seller like this I am confident my business to them is in good hands and I will be supported.

I like the slim fit. Most of all. I truly enjoy watching the flames with no heat. Love to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the crystals and flames. I can use this fireplace all year and no maintenance required.

I was reluctant to buy the product but the team did excellent on following up with me and reassuring that the product would arrive in the right timeframe. I love the fireplace i purchased, no regrets at all.

I ordered a fireplace as pictured AND DESCRIBED on their website. When it arrived, there was no insert despite information about the heat, flames and remote. They even changed their website after I pointed out the issue, but tried to pretend they didn't. The only good thing was getting them to finally agree to a discount so I could purchase the insert somewhere else way cheaper than they had it listed.

It is very nice. I like the design & style.

I bought the 100in side elite fireplace on January and finally our remodeling has done to i can upload my project picture. The fireplace is gorgeous and the services of fireplaces USA are awesome! They are so responsive and every time i sent email to inquire sth, they reply promptly.

Two days after I bought the fireplace it went in sale for $200 less. I called to ask about it and I was told I would receive a call back after they spoke with a supervisor and no one called.
