Delivery and installation was carried out efficiently and professionally by Jay and Matt.

We went into the fireplace centre initially to buy a new electric fire. With so much choice, we ended up buying a full surround with mood lighting and a new electric fire. It was fitted a few weeks later and looks great. The whole experience was exceptional. Very relaxed experience when we initially picked our new fire and surround. Jay was great as we had so much choice we kept changing our mind. He offered different choices of colours and other options and there was no hard sell (which is great).
When it came to fitting Jay and Matty did an exceptional job. We love it. It looks great and a big thanks from very happy customers.

The Fireplace Centre had a wide range of fireplaces to choose from. The staff allowed you to browse before opening a conversation with you. They explained about the two fireplaces we looked at and that gave us the relevant information to make an informed decision. Delivery and fitting date was agreed and they kept to their promises. No hassle and good workmanship. We are very happy with the decision we made.and I cannot recommend them enough. It makes such a difference to the living room. Thank you.

Great experience. The staff are extremely friendly and can't help enough. Also they never make you feel pressured into buying and leave you alone to wander around and change all the colours of the flames on the fires to blue haha. In all seriousness, they have a great range of fires, plus a lot of the fires are currently on sale!!! What's not to like.

The Panoramic 1500 fireplace is a cozy and inviting addition to our new home. The flames dance and flicker, casting a warm and comforting glow throughout the space. I love how there are many different mode lighting settings. The logs look realistic, as do the crystals, adding to the ambiance and making it feel like you're sitting by a real fire. It's the perfect spot to watch a movie, or just relax and unwind after a long day.

We bought a fire from here but after getting it home we discovered that it was missing parts, these guys went out of there way literally to make sure we had the parts and where happy.. Excellent customer service

From entering the showroom to the final fitting onto the media wall. The whole process was made easy even the brilliant finance options. My home has now become a palace thanks to James and Kadey.

Kadey and Jay went above and beyond in customer service, we had a bespoke fireplace made and due to a family emergency we couldn’t take delivery on the day, Jay was more than accommodating and contacted the fitter on our behalf for the media walk installation. We are so happy with the products and most importantly the service and would recommend 100% to anyone!

Excellent customer service of the highest standards, we did not need to look elsewhere after consulting with Jay, Jay advised us of all we needed to know and gave us his full attention in respect to how the fireplace worked and to relevant size options in respect to the size of TV we had, there was no pressure to purchase, very customer focused to our personal needs.

The couple who run the business were very friendly and helpful from our first visit.
The fireplace and fire we ordered too only a few weeks to come in and then their fitter fitted at our convenience some weeks later. The fitting was exceptional. Very professional clean tidy respectful
Overall we love our new fireplace suite. Just need to finish decorating and personalize with our own bits and pieces.

Lovely fireplace & early delivery. We asked for extra wood effect logs but hadn’t received them initially. But once contacted, they were delivered same day foc. Can’t say fairer than that. 5 stars

Friendly, excellent customer service including prompt, delivery to installation. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish and fitter was brilliant. They explained the choices available for me and helped me to sort a fire which the fitter installed professionally.
