Looks like all recent reviews are the same, purchased these Jan 2023, now 2 have gone faulty, constantly going off when there is no smoke or heat. The two faulty ones no longer have a flashing green l... Zobacz więcej

Alarms arrived super fast. Very easy to connect together and install. 5 stars for the buying experience and getting them set up. The alarms work when using the test remote, loud enough to be hea... Zobacz więcej

Quickly and efficiently delivered. Easy to follow instructions and the double sided stick-ons seem to work well (so far). A little fiddly to re-attach smoke and heat detector units to brackets wh... Zobacz więcej

Not impressed. Installed Firelink Direct alarms in 2022, now in 2025 one keeps beeping every few minutes, obviously no smoke and the batteries are irreplaceable. The date of expiry showing on base is... Zobacz więcej

Helpful and customer-focused

Swift response to issue with missing alarm from order. Could not fault the service and support in rectifying it even when replacement went missing in transit (not fault of Firelink). Chloe was extremely helpful from start to finish. Alarms were of good quality and easy to install.

Useless adhesive pads

Used the adhesive pads to stick the devices to the ceiling. Every one fell down! The first one fell after 1 1/2 hours, the longest lasting was 8 hours! Absolutely ridiculous, especially considering the price. The adhesive pads aren’t fit for purpose, don’t even risk them. Useless having a disclaimer saying they might not stick to every surface when they don’t stick to any surface!

Smoke & carbon monoxide alarms

The service was excellent and the alarms are easy to set up. However I think the company should remove the two sided "sticky" option for sticking the smoke alarms to the ceiling. There is a disclaimer included, acknowledging that the option to simply stick the alarm to a ceiling may not be suitable for all surfaces. However my experience is that it was not suitable for any surface and as a result I have had to replace several alarms. Better to remove this option so that users simply screw the alarm to the ceiling.

Delivery shocking

Although the alarms are work fine, the delivery is terrible. It took 3 weeks to get my alarms so don’t believe next day delivery.
