Well bought a set of smoke alarms, heat sensor and carbon detector , 2025 like others started going off for no reason at all times of the day terrifying the pets , ripped out, batteries removed and thrown in bucket , waste of money , looked good performed well for 3 years it seemed but who knows if there was a fire would they have worked, going back to fire angel equipment .

Not impressed, changing entire system
Not impressed. Installed Firelink Direct alarms in 2022, now in 2025 one keeps beeping every few minutes, obviously no smoke and the batteries are irreplaceable. The date of expiry showing on base is 2032. Contacted the Firelink Direct email several times, no response. No contact tel appears to be in action. I will be doing away with entire system as question its accuracy and do not trust such products where there is no customer service available.
Company no longer exist after one year of purchase
Same happened on me as of mentioned by others on the below. I bought these alarms in Jun 2023 and now it keeps bleeping every 2 minute. I try to search online the company but it no longer exists. It meant to be 10 year’s warranty - and only one year has passed. There should be at least the manufacturer to contact but no such thing.

Bought a set of interlinked smoke…
Bought a set of interlinked smoke alarms and Heat alarm in 2023. 1 year on and Heat alarm in kitchen chirrups now and again with a green light. This does not happen often but it is usually at night or early morning. When I go to check it, it remains silent! I have tried to contact the company but the web site does not exist anymore, so ther is no way to contact them. I did try a company with an almost identical name and it told me I had the wrong one and to try googling them - no success that way. Having spend spent arounf £170 on a set I am disappointed that I am unable to find the company I bought from. Why are they still listed on Trust Pilot?

Their website no longer exists and i have the problem of a smoke alarm beeping for no reason and impossible to get in touch with the company. They are sealed battery components so even if it is the battery it’s not possible to fix it. Also they are meant to last 10 years and it’s less than two since they were installed. I would give them no stars if that was an option.
Smoke alarms randomly activated
Bought six smoke alarms, one heat alarm about 12-months ago. Two weeks ago they started going off at random, in the middle of the night 2 or 3 times for no reason. Eventually removed them and will buy something else. No response to emails or the phone is never answered.
Faulty products - do not recommend this company
Poor products and dreadful customer service! When one of the smoke alarms developed a fault in less than a year, it took 4 months and numerous emails for them to send a replacement which was also faulty. I am still waiting for a working alarm and think I have wasted my money buying from this company.
Non-Existent Customer Service
In 2022, I bought a bundle of fire alarms. Unfortunately, after just one year of use, the alarms began to malfunction. I made multiple attempts to reach the company through both email and phone for assistance, but there was no response. Ultimately, I had no choice but to replace all the alarms through another company.
Interlinked smoke alarms
I bought alarms last year no issues and they arrived quickly. They have started to go off at all hours of the day. I have emailed them 4 times but had no reply and tried phoning but think number has been disconnected. How do we know if they are still trading. You can still buy from their website.

Don’t order from this company if you ever think you may need assistance . Despite several e mails and constantly waiting in phone queues ( which are never answered) I still haven’t got the help I need and suspect I have wasted £140!
Avoid
Information about incompatibility between alarms bought 2 years ago & alarms currently available either non-existent or misleading, at best. Poor customer service in trying to rectify the situation: placed on indefinite hold when phoning each time over several days & as a result never managed to speak to anyone. Communication by email slow and left me with the impression that they could only help if I went to additional expense. Asked them specifically to phone - they didn't.
Problem remains unresolved.
UPDATE
Eventually had to buy a complete new set of linked alarms. The company offered to refund 50% refund as recompense, to be paid within 10 working days. To date this has not been received and we are over £100 out of pocket just before Christmas.
Bitterly disappointing customer service. Emails and phone go unanswered, despite asking to either be put in touch with management or sent their complaints' procedure.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Faulty extended bundle that has caused complaints from neighbours and no joy in getting the issue resolved. Non existent customer service and the receptionist Chloe refuses to pass calls to manager/owner (although can hear him twittering in background of call) and does not deviate from her script no matter how ridiculous it is. Faulty bundle that, even after causing a security alert in our local post office when trying to return them, and telling Chloe they could have caused an evacuation and the parcel to be blown up had I not mentioned to the postmaster the contents were faulty alarms, FireLink are still insisting the bundle, that do not turn off and the PO are refusing to take again, are returned to them via the Post Office! It's mindblowing incompetence! They are also not listening when advised more than one alarm appears faulty. We were effectively asked to monitor them 24/7 to work out which one(s) are faulty, completely unrealistic ask and appears to be a stalling tactic. Very unprofessional company, zero customer service so avoid at all costs. While this fiasco continues our home insurance is impacted, something they also have no interest in!
Delighted I made the right choice!
Having assessed other available options, I finally decided on Firelink Direct's product, due mainly to the clean, inconspicuous design of the units and the comprehensive explanatory information provided on its website to assist customers in assessing what combination of items was required. I opted for the "extended bundle" (10 items), with a significant price reduction and free postage. With me, if something can go wrong, it usually does! So I'll admit to being apprehensive at least one of he units would be faulty. Perhaps this is why, though my order was placed on 28/6/23, I didn't get around to the installation until yesterday (11/10/23)! But delivery was as stated and I am delighted to attest that every one the units is functioning perfectly. Therefore, I am a very satisfied customer.
I had a fire and they didn't go off
I purchased a comprehensive set of alarms for my house and installed them right away. They were easy to install and having tested them regularly I was very happy... until I had a real fire in my kitchen. A wok got too hot and burst into flames! I managed to get it onto the floor away from the kitchen units and put it out with wet towels but my right hand unfortunately got minor burns.
However, none of the Firelink Direct alarms did anything at all... None of them! The thing is, the old fire alarms that I left in place did go off as my wife later pointed out as I ran my hand under cold water. So... the old alarms worked (ok ne in the hall outside the kitchen and one upstairs) but the new interlinked alarms remained silent.
I've now fitted new batteries in all my old alarms but it raises the question, why did I pay all that money for a system that doesn't seem to work?
I am contacting the company to find out what went wrong as I have no confidence in the Firelink Direct system!
*Update*
I received a reply from Firelink Direct stating that 'not going off' is the correct response for these alarms in these circumstances because they need to reach a certain temperature first. All I can say is, if I had been upstairs and the alarms had waited until the temperature has reached the correct level (whatever that is) I might be dead!
I plan to seek advice from my local fire station vis-a-vis the operation of these alarms as I'm very doubtful that their answer is either safe or correct.
good product but bad company
I didn't receive my full order and they said they would send out the missing one. Can't get them to respond after the first time, it's been over a year now. Jbe life pro is the brand they buy then try to cover the info up with an adhesive pad.

Battery life
I liked the product bought the kit in early 2022, would not stick to ceiling.Then the battery packed in after 6 months and that’s another battery packed up yesterday how come a 10 year battery packs in within a year?
