Excellent product

Excellent product! Looked everywhere for a reasonably priced, sturdy, hardwearing bath caddy shelf. Found the beautiful stone one, and with the built in ipad/phone stand is great. The extra wide width makes it perfect for even larger & freestanding baths.

Freestanding bath

Found a freestanding bath on their website, exactly what I had been looking for. Ordered, was delivered free of charge, really quickly and was very well packaged. Super happy, bath is gorgeous! Thank you!

Excellent product - bathroom seat

We ordered a stone white seat for our bathroom. The product is of the highest quality and looks very stylish. From my first enquiry email, communication with the company has been excellent. Harris dealt with our order and his customer service was outstanding. Our order arrived in excellent condition; packaged effectively and protected in a box. I will definitely be dealing with this company again and plan to place another order soon.
Thank you for providing a stylist, high quality product and excellent customer care. This company is worthy of a 5 * rating.

Bought two basins both leaked

Bought two basins. Both started leaking soon after installing. Had to change them, paid the plumber twice etc.
Customer services said they were refunding “that day” four times already. Still no refund. They seem friendly but at the end of the day poor product and poor customer service.

We were genuinely concerned to learn that the product you received was faulty, although unfortunately we were unable to verify this as the basin was irreparably damaged upon its return. Excellent all round!

I came across Fino stone when searching for a bath rack. Found the perfect item and also a beautiful stool. Items came within 2 days (free delivery) and expertly packed for protection. Quality is amazing and the products are beautiful.

Stone towel rail / shelf

Ordered the stone towel rail / shelf - really pleased with the product . It’s just what I was looking for to go next to our freestanding bath . It’s well made and looks very stylish ! Customer service was spot on , great communication with Harris . Will definitely order from Fino Stone again in the future

First Class Fino

This is great company. Why ? From first point of contact to delivery to after sales I spoke to a team that could not be more helpful. No waiting on hold and even texted me regularly to keep me updated. They held the order until my fitter was ready and it was delivered bang on time. The product (freestanding stone bath, taps, shelf and other accessories) are amazing quality and incredible value for money. I really cannot praise Fino Stone more highly.

Quality goods and great service.

Great service... ordered a sink and shelf in the afternoon and arrived first thing the next day. Beautiful quality and exactly as pictured. Customer service is excellent. Will definitely use again! Thank you Harris
