The hinges and latch I received are beautiful! The quality matches the effort I’ve put into the project they will be part of, very happy with my purchase.
I bought some seconds (as well as neat elite box hinges) and requested that they be able to open at least to 90 degrees as I intended to use them on some initial test boxes I made that I didn't want t... Zobacz więcej

Guys and Gals everyone does a fabulous…
Guys and Gals everyone does a fabulous job and the product quality is second to none. It also ships in a timely manner. The only problem is that product is unavailable. It’s like going to a five star steak restaurant and they are out of steak most days of the week and weekend. That’s a problem that needs to be addressed.

Thank you Karen (Russia) for your Five Star Review of our New Large Neat Elite Brass Hinge with large drill jig, and continued support of our box hardware business. Happy Box Making - The FineBoxHardware Team :)
Good product, but shipping an issue.
Product (hinges and latches) are if high quality. The shipping time to US is not good. No fault of Finebox, but something to consider when ordering. If you need the stuff in a hurry, either be prepared to pay huge shipping or wait several weeks for standard post.
Questions to customer service were answered very quickly.
Would do more business with them if they were local. I'd suggest they look into a US distributor somewhere in the midwest.

Thank you Lowell (USA) for your Five Star Review of our Neat Elite Brass Hinges and sliding button catches, as well as our customer service. We offer delivery via Royal Mail with USPS for the States. It's usually pretty good but sometimes a bit slow. Hopefully this will now improve as Covid becomes less of a threat to us all. We also offer DHL which will be there in a few days and it does cost more. Happy Box Making - The FineBoxHardware Team
Superb Quality
The website was easy to use. You were kept informed at all stages of ordering/shipping. The goods arrived within a couple of days of ordering and were adequately packed. The products are very high quality and well made. The fitting instructions are clear and comprehensive.

Hardware seems to be very good quality so far and they were delivered slightly quicker than expected which is always a bonus. Had a few questions re fitting the products which FBH answered swiftly and helpfully. My only recommendation is maybe some more illustrative images on the shop website to help demonstrate how the items are to be fitted - it was my time fitting a lock so needed all the help I could get!!

Very helpful when I called as I was not initially sure what I needed. Once I ordered the items arrived very quickly. The hardware may seem expensive but not when you see the quality of the parts. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely order more in the future
