The quality of the product is perfect…
The quality of the product is perfect no issues what so ever the fitting of the hinge is very poorly thought out they will be visible from the back of the box itself and doesn't fit the quality of box I intend to produce.

Hi Kristian, we're sorry to learn you are unhappy with our Neat Elite Hinges protruding out the back of the box. They are indeed side rail hinges, and so will be visible from the back. You could try adding a larger chamfer to the box and that would allow you to push the hinges in further. If you need to discuss further please call (028) 90 836 987. Perhaps a butt hinge would be more suitable for your box? If you have not marked the hinges we can take them back and refund you. Simply return by Royal Mail First Class, signed for, with your bank details. Looking forward to your reply. The FineBoxHardware Team.

Hi Yvan (England) thanks for your feedback. We use Royal Mail Signed For which is usually 2-3 days, however it does occasionally take us a few days to organise orders when there is a large demand for items, so apologies for being a bit tardy. We do also offer a Special Next Day delivery service if you need something urgently. Best - The FineBoxHardware Team

Hi Terry (Australia) thanks for getting back with your review. Sorry you haven't received your escutcheon as yet. It normally takes 2-3 weeks by International Tracked to Australia so please expect this week. If you need delivery guaranteed within a week we now offer DHL Courier delivery at checkout and although it's more expensive it's worth it for the speed of delivery. Please email once your hardware has been received. Best - The FineBoxHardware Team
