Brilliant service for both orders. Legends.
This will be used for a box to put our 18 year old cats ashes in together with our 16 year old dogs ashes (dog parts order placed and delivered over a year ago).
Both times the contact and care from all staff involved was beyond brilliant.
Thank you.

I purchased this product
I purchased this product: hygrometer-humidor-brass-white-face
It's stated that the bezel is "quality polished BRASS BEZEL" when in fact it's painted plastic. I'm really disappointed

Thank you for contacting us. We take customer issues very seriously and have reviewed your complaint regarding our Hygrometer in Brass with white face. It is indeed a Brass Bezel and not as you state gold painted on plastic. We have sanded into the bezel/rim to prove this point (see image below). The brass has been diamond polished to stop finger prints being an issue. The main housing is plastic. Our hygrometer manufacturer is based in Germany and is well reputed for excellent hygrometers. These hygrometers are at the base level and you can spend £300+ for the ultimate one.
Having said that, if you are not happy with the hygrometer then please return by a similar method to which it was sent – ie International Tracked – and send us the tracking code. As long as it has not been damaged we will issue you with a refund for the hygrometer upon receipt. Looking forward to your reply - The FineBoxHardware Team
