I was grateful for the assistance I received on getting my item to me in time for my husbands 60th birthday. The truck looks great!
The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the size. I thought it would be a little bigger.
All in all, it was good shopping here.

Fine Awards not only has the award design we desired, but they deliver the final awards with a very quick turnaround.
The quality and customer service is superb!

Everything when wrong. Things were not reproofed. Things were pulled into production without my approval. After, I spoke to my Rep, who said, he pulled it out of priduction and asked me for the edits rather than send it back to the proofing department…It then got printed with the original unapproved layout and shipped early, even though,I asked everyday for a reproof. But it doesn’t end there, my president’s award, did not get the same layout, that has been done for a decade. And my other order kept being reproofed without the edits. Finally, due to lack of time, according to Fine, I had to approve with edits to guarantee it would ship on time. My rep, again reassured me that, the edits were made and he would send me the final proof for viewing only for my peace of mind. I did not get a final view and the job, per Fine was shipped early via ground when it was supposed to br shipped 2 day. So, I could have seen a proof; and the order is arriving late on 9/10 (hopefully), rather than 9/09. And my fingers are crossed that the final edits were made, because I do not know. I have another large order for awards, but, may need to find a new vendor.
The one bright spot was Derek. He was very helpful, but, I now understand, the reps don’t have impact on the job and it can all go to hell like this one!

After approving the proof of my custom engraved award, I received a generic off the shelf award in the shipment package. I’ve contacted customer service and am waiting to hear back about when I will receive the correct order.

It was a great experince, my only small issue was that the plaque was a bit small and it wasn't the orginal one that I wanted.

being charged 25 dollars per vector file conversion wasn't ideal but awards look so wonderful

There was an mistake made in the finished product and Fine Awards went the extra mile to replace the product and ship it overnight. Good communication with their representative, Lauren who made things right.
