April has been amazing from start to finish. She explained the items in detail. I changed the order a few times, had to proof a couple of times (my edits) and the product arrived in perfect condition, all individually wrapped in their own box, hi- quality product and etching was spot on.
This was one of the best and easiest part of our award event. Thanks April

I have purchased from you before and was very pleased.
However, I am not happy about my latest purchase. The print on the glass is so faint as to be hard to read. You need to look at a special angle to read it. The lettering should have been frosted or a different color to be easily read.

I was grateful for the help I received prior to receiving the penholder and pen. However, when they arrived, the lettering on the penholder was faded in some spots making it appear to be old rather than brand new.
