Really streamlined property management…

Really streamlined property management company. It was so easy to find a rental home and do all the steps necessary to move-in. The Trustmark employee, Raquel, at the Harker Heights office was super friendly and helpful for any issue that I had. Highly recommend!

The manager I worked with was knowledgeable helpful and didn't pressure me. Answered all questions I had. Gave me time to get said documents.

I paid $45 for an application fee

I paid $45 for an application fee. Waited weeks and I received emails. Miss informing me I was advised I was in third place. Via email then I get an email saying I’m in first place only to call and be advised that I am in second place. This is like a joke. I insisted on a refund the life is a joke to this company.

Simple and quick

Simple and quick. My husband and I don’t have the best credit and we went through quite the struggle finding housing for us and our kids. We were blessed to have found Excalibur homes and a residence to call home. Highly recommend.
