Working against numerous limitations…
Working against numerous limitations (overall cost, high season in Iceland and limited availability of business class flights, our lack of lead time, syncing with our cruise ship schedule, and long flight duration), Tina Martin, Luxury Travel Agent, persevered in her efforts to find a suitable business class flight schedule for my wife and me. After finding several possibilities, which were not really acceptable to us, Tina got creative. She worked overtime to locate an outbound flight, which at first glance, was also unacceptable due to its 13-hour layover in Vienna. On reconsideration, however, we realized that this outbound flight was at the start of our travels, when we were freshest, and it afforded us the opportunity to quickly tour Vienna and enjoy 2 local meals. The inbound flight was comparable to other airlines. We really appreciated Tina's perseverance, patience, good humor, and professionalism throughout the process, and we highly recommend her services to others, particularly travelers with travel restrictions.
