Honestly didn't expect much when I first reached out, but Rod completely changed that.

I was looking for a business class ticket to Istanbul and everything online was way above my budget. Rod took the time to actually explain how flight pricing works, when to start looking, and what to avoid. Then he asked for my details, said give me a few minutes — and came back with prices cheaper than what I was seeing on the airline's own website.

But honestly what got me was just talking to the guy. He's easy, funny, respectful, he never cuts you off, never rushes you. Felt like talking to someone who actually wanted to help, not just close a booking.

I'll be using Rod every time from now on. No question.

This is my first booking with Exclusive Business Class, and I had a great experience. Upon expressing my preferred route, I received a call from Daisy (she and the booking company are based in the USA, while I am in Europe), reconfirming some details and options. Within less than an hour I received flight options that were 15-20% cheaper than I could book them myself. Through the whole process, Daisy was very customer and solution oriented in a very friendly way, and she even found solutions to a payment problem. My only wish now is that the actual travel will be as smooth as this experience. I will definetly use them, again!

This has been the best experience ever. My sister started out using Exclusive Business Class with Adrian Brooks for our upcoming trip to Portugal. I thought I would try as well and couldn't be happier. Since we live in different states, Adrian was able to have us fly out and meet up so we could fly into our destination together. All you have to do is tell Adrian what you want and he makes it happen. I'll definitely be contacting him for future excursions.

My flight schedule needs were quite specific, but Alice thoroughly researched all available flights and was able to find the flights that best suited my needs.
