Kelly made me feel very confident with her knowledge of the the different products that can be used on different areas of the face. Kellie's knowledge of the facial muscles and the workings of those muscles on the face and neck is amazing and I felt very confident to go ahead with my treatment. The treatments I had included both Botox and fillers and each procedure was explained in full. Numbing cream was applied to the more sensitive areas which made the whole experience a pleasant one. The results are better than I expected and for any one that is unsure whether to have any of these procedures or not. Go and speak to Kelly and she will alleviate any or all of your fears. Kelly is a true professional and has a very kind and caring demeanor. I fully trust Kelly and totally recommend Fill Your Face Aesthetics.

I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Kelly to treat my face with aesthetic treatments and I recommend others to her all the time too. I know she would never do anything to me that I didn’t need which makes me very happy as I prefer a more natural look.

Been coming to kelly for over 7+ years, have spent ££££s.
On this particular occasion im very disappointed with her service. So disappointed in fact, that she has lost a valued customer. I say valued loosely!

Kelly you have contradicted yourself. Say one thing one minute and change your mind the next. Promised to do botox on me (albeit a nervous newbie) at a previous appt, then proceeds to change her mind.

Reason why the change of tune, she completely forgot my appointment!! i turned up to her ramsgate clinic, (her house) with a booking!, and was let in begrudgingly. No apology by the way. By her reaction i can only assume she had NO product available and she wanted to shoe me out the door ASAP!
Despite telling her what im after previously, in person, over text, with it all being agreed to only days before!, this is where she contradicts herself. I want to start botox as im starting to see first signs of ageing, i also have masculine features as a female so its to help soften some of these. Its not really for you to say what i should or shouldnt have done as not only am i a paying customer, but im responsible for my own choices.

Poor management. If i didnt show to an appt id be charged the full amount! She might come across professional but this wasnt!

To add to the insult , i had been offered the train fair off my next treatment. A generous £7!
Considering im spending hundreds at every visit, and by your mistake on this occasion. Its not good enough.

Absolute RUBBISH!

You agreed I was a suitable botox candidate prior! I was slightly nervous as a first time patient for tox.
Whilst Kelly also works at her home with her child next door, I still made a booking and received confirmation that I was booked for botox! If you cannot fulfil this dont ever accept bookings plus you messaged me a couple days before to say its all fine.
As someone who claims to have a duty of care, this woman was not stopping me from having lip fillers once every few months at one point! She also injected my nasolabial folds which even she said was risky, but did so anyway! In fact those lasted two weeks before the results were gone!

All about the money!!

I had a recent treatment performed by Kelly at fill your face Aesthetics. I had some skin tags that were bothering me and Kelly suggested plasmage to remove them. She explained the procedure and the aftercare necessary. So I felt completely comfortable to have the procedure carried out by her as she came across very professional and knowledgeable. The procedure was quick and straightforward I am very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend this company and would be very happy to return should the need arise.

I had some Milia around my eyes I wanted removed, I’d tried myself a few times and never had any success and was always very painful/awkward. Kelly was brilliant and removed them very quickly and easily, would definitely recommend, great value for money and really friendly!

My treatment was worth every penny with Kelly, Iv struggled all my life with sweating and just never thought about Botox, tried medication but that didn’t agree with me, my treatment with Kelly has made me so much more confident and I feel much more confident in clothes I wouldn’t of normally been able to wear!
