I have been using Fill Refill products for the past 2 years and have found the laundry products gentle on my skin and clothing. The cleaning products for the kitchen and bathroom do a great job and I feel better knowing that I am using a high quality product which is bio degradable with no harsh chemicals on my skin and to the environment. It is so convenient to refill and return my bottles with the 5 and 10 litre containers making it so economical. Just order the pumps for the 10 litre containers as they are abit heavy to pour.

I’ve been using Fill for quite a few years now, they are genuinely eco friendly and their products are amazing. My favourite is their dishwash powder, one 5 kilo tub lasts me around 12 months, it works really well and saves me money. I’ve never tried anything they make which hasn’t worked well. Ordering is easy and delivery super quick if like me you don’t live near a refil store.

I'm thoroughly satisfied with this range of products, including the body wash, laundry detergent, fabric softener, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. I've relied on them for a while now (previously, I purchased them from Milk & More). Each product lasts me quite a long time, so while I may not be their biggest spender, I wholeheartedly endorse them! PRO TIP: Consider buying some funnels—refilling can be a bit tricky at first

I am starting to love these products. I started with dishwasher and laundry powder, then added everything clean and toilet clean, and ended up also with the body and hair products, fabric softener... Little by little I am trying everything they offer, and will continue doing so. I am very happy with the results :)

Fill refill products are excellent, the refill bottles look great in the house, and customer service is spot on - really love the fact there’s no minimum order value to qualify for free delivery, and items are really well packed without tonnes of excess packaging 👍👌✨✨✨

I’ve been using Fill washing powder since March 2024 using their system of ordering a tub and sending it back to be refilled once empty. I really like the ethics of the company and the cleaning power of the powder. I have young kids and none of us has ever had a reaction to the powder.

Where do I even start?! I ordered the trial set because the choices were amazing and I genuinely couldn’t decide what to try first. When these beauties arrived, I was honestly blown away.

The laundry powder is incredible, and the destainer… well, it’s the absolute boll**ks! With a tribe of kids, stains are just part of life, but this stuff sorted them in no time. Absolutely brilliant.

But the real superstar?
The Very Thing Clean.
WOW. I have black matte kitchen cupboards (not one of my best ideas… and don’t tell the hubby he was right!), and keeping them clean has been a complete nightmare. I’ve tried everything — literally everything — and nothing worked… until this.

One spray. ONE.
And my cupboards were back to brand new. No more smears, no more marks, no more stress. It’s pure gold in a bottle.

Website is easy to navigate and find the products you want. There are options of refills or buying the product in a glass container. I’ve tried the destainer, fabric conditioner, liquid detergent, washing powder, bubble bath and fabric refresher. The glass containers are great for refilling and I’m much happier using products that are safer for my family and can be recycled back to the company for free.

I like the fact you can buy non perfumed products eg laundry powder and fabric conditioner.
Door step delivery, and easy free post returns of the empties.
Ethical and environmentally safe products.
I’m lucky in the I can store the 5 and 10 litre containers. I’ve recently bought the dispensing spouts and glass container ( accessories section) these are also brilliant!

Love this company, their ethos, their coms and their British made and created products. Thank you for saving my conscience and the hundreds of plastic bottles I would have used had I not come to Fill.

Their site is easy to use. Order and delivery details are accurately given. Packaging is eco friendly and the small amount of plastic they use can be reused by sending it back to the company (free postage). The products I have used have all been easy and effective to use with pleasant fragrances. Would recommend.

I have been using fills products now for a few years.
I started using them when Milk and More were supplying them with my milk delivery. Once they changed ownership and stopped doing them I started going to the company directly.
I like the re useable nature of the bottles, it makes me produce less waste.
I found all their products from shampoo to kitchen cleaner do a good job of cleaning.

My only negative is that it's a bit of a pain getting the bottles refilled. I have to make a special trip to get the refill, and the closest store is almost 20 miles away.
I don't use enough to warrant a home refill kit, so tend to wait until I have at least 2 bottles to refill, then take them to the refill store.
The last time I did it I went there with 3 and the store only had 2 of the products in stock so need to wait for something else to run out before getting that one.
But overall I can work round the negative and the products are great.

Love the product - fig hand wash. Love the lack of waste with the refill bag and recycle the box. Great idea and great product.
Been using for over 5 years.

I've been using Fill Refill for a couple of years now. All the products I've tried have been great, I love that unscented options are available as I'm sensitive to strong scents, and it's great to be able to refill bottles at home as a person who doesn't have a car and so can't easily visit local zero waste shops.

I had an issue with the delivery of my last order because of UPS, and Kira couldn't have been more helpful and friendly when sorting it out for me.

Would recommend Fill Refill to everyone!

I've been buying the FIG body wash in the large refill box/bag for some years now. The product smells like an expensive hotel body wash. I have sensitive skin and have no reaction to it just lovely soft skin.
I've always had a very good experience with FILL with very quick delivery.

Great products, good value. Fantastic to have the fragrance free option for sensitive skin. No more dry itchy hands after doing the washing up! Laundry liquid, body wash and hand wash are top notch too. Different people react differently to different things, but no more eczema flare ups for me since switching to these fragrance free products!

I absolutely love Fill Refill! I get such a good feeling know that I'm not polluting the planet 💕

We are a family of 3 using a number of products. We've had tub of our laundry powder for almost a year and we're only half way through (I use tablespoon baking scoop per wash and we are constantly doing loads of washing!)... we also tried out the 5L shampoo bulk bottle and box container of shower gel - these lasted us around 9 months! I've just ordered the next batch of shampoo and got the shampoo / conditioner hair bundle this time because it worked out cheaper than buying the bottles separately. First time using the conditioner and I'm really pleased - it makes my hair really soft. I've tried both scents foe shampoo and they're both lovely (I think my preference is orange but they are both very nice smelling).

Returning the old bottle was easy with the free post label and not really an inconvenience considering I only need to do it once a year effectively.

When I made my first original order there was a slight mix up with the product that was delivered due to two labels being applied by accident but they resolved very quickly and didn't ask for the original product to be returned, plus they gave me a discount off my next purchase as a form of apology. In my exoerience the customer service is excellent and I love the products.

I originally chose to use this company as they were the highest recommended on the Ethical Consumer website, that I pay a subscription for, for a range of different products. The cost may seem high at first glance when buying in bulk, but I think it is quite reasonable considering the amount you get, how long it lasts, the excellent quality etc and the fact I'm making a difference by choosing ethical products. I Would highly recommend 👌
