do your self a favour don't buy this phone , dont know from were to begin , but i cant do just basics tasks like forwarding an text , very low battery life , and the list go's on

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the service I received.

To start, the phone I purchased has been a disaster. Due to a critical software bug, the device deleted my entire gallery, resulting in the permanent loss of all my personal photos. It is unacceptable for a device to lose data so easily.

When I tried to resolve the issue, I encountered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Getting hold of anyone is a nightmare; I am constantly pushed between the store and their suppliers, speaking to representatives who give evasive, unhelpful answers. Whenever I am promised a callback to resolve the issue, it simply never happens. They have completely abandoned their responsibility to the customer.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. If you value your data and your peace of mind, buy your electronics elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and the loss.

Clueless support and broken software draining my data!
Dealing with Fig customer service is an absolute joke. Their reps are very well-trained to smile and be polite, but they have zero clue how to actually fix a problem. They just give you the runaround, constantly promising that "someone will look into it and get back to you," or foolishly claiming the issue is magically fixed. One rep even told me to just wait for my billing cycle to restart; which makes no sense because I am talking about the internal data tracker on the phone itself showing massive, continuous data drains every single hour!
This phone does not even have a web browser installed. I barely use apps or picture messages. There is absolutely nothing running that should be devouring this much data unless the device's software is completely broken and leaking.

They pushed an update out recently that they claimed would fix it. It did something but the data is still draining way too fast, instead of a GB or more per day now it takes a few days.

My friends who also own Fig phones but skipped the updates don't have so many issues. I have heard from so many others who are furious about this, but they are smarter than me not to sit on long hold times just to finally end up arguing with an idiot. At this point, I just want them to give me the older, stable software build so my phone can actually function normally.

Don't let their polite customer service fool you; their software is broken, their troubleshooting is a joke, and they refuse to take real responsibility.
Since there is no email on their site to reach out to, I had to come here; perhaps it will reach the right ears.

i guess it is a cool concept especially with the 20mp camera but bruh no offense it breaks easily i should know and horrible hardware and operating system. horrible customer service and they literally bought the parts 3d printed from china

Fig phones are the perfect phone, quick and easy to use, always has network and constantly updating itself to make the phone better, quicker and more convenient! I highly recommend it!

I had a problem with the FIG phone I ordered. I called support because I was having an issue with the new phone, but the line disconnected. I emailed countless times and never received a response. Unfortunately, this company is not reliable and doesn't stand behind its product.

The costumer service is excellent and the phone is amazing!!

I got my fig phone for 350$ and over the last year I paid over 500 $ for repairs!!!! I got to change twice the entire hardware of the phone! No costumer service no body picked up the phone and when they did they were not helpful Sai I should email them but no response....

THE CUSTIMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS QUICK AND HELPFUL! AND THE PHONE IS AMAZING!

I strongly advise against purchasing any devices from Fig. Based on my experience with two separate units, these phones are slow, fragile, and not worth the investment.
• Durability Issues: My first phone lasted about a year before a short fall from a shopping cart completely killed the screen. While drops happen, the internal damage was disproportionate to the impact.
• Structural Failure: After the first phone broke, I switched to a second "backup" Fig phone I had purchased at the same time Thinking it’ll be temporary. Incredibly, it lasted only two weeks before it literally cracked in half.
• Customer Support & Warranty: Getting in touch with the company was a struggle; they rarely answer the phone. When I visited the store, I was told a repair would cost $75. Despite the second phone only being in use for two weeks, they refused to honor the warranty because the original purchase date was abt 18 months ago.
The Bottom Line: Fig does not stand behind its products, and the build quality is unacceptably low. Save your money and buy from a brand that offers better durability and more flexible customer support.
