I bought an Arzopa Z3FC portable monitor from Arzopa’s website. After a short time I noticed a small light spot on the display that was only visible when the screen was turned on, which was disappointing considering the monitor was still quite new.

I contacted their support and sent them a photo and video of the issue. It took a bit of back and forth, but the support team was polite and responsive throughout the process. They eventually arranged a replacement.

I returned the defective unit to the address they provided in Spain, and after it arrived there they shipped a new one. The replacement arrived safely and works perfectly, and they also reimbursed the return shipping costs as promised.

Overall the process took a little time, but I appreciate that they followed through and resolved the issue properly.

For anyone reading reviews: portable monitors like this depend a lot on the cable and the power coming from the device you connect it to. In my case everything has been stable when using a good USB-C cable (certain shipments may come with a faulty USB-C cable) and a device that can supply enough power.

It’s good to see a company stand behind their product and make things right when something does go wrong.

The package arrive on time and in perfect condition. The screen works as advertised. We love it.

Ordering online was simple easy and my orders arrived early.

Even though Amazon has this listed for a few dollars less, I ordered this travel screen directly from Arzopa.com (via Shopify) because I loathe Amazon for the way they treat their small business owners...that said, I ordered it on 25 Jan, shipped on the 26th and received it today- February 2. Not a BIG problem for me since I don't have a trip planned for another week, but this might be an area of improvement for Arzopa /Shopify to reduce the number of days. Other than that - it ranked high based on my research and I am looking forward to trying it out & taking a trip!

We received this as a gift, easy to set up and load photos, however the QR code for family members to use doesn't work.
I sent an email but to date have not had a response.
Which is very disappointing.
The quality of the product is good, but obviously there is a fundamental problem with sharing.

I ordered Arzopa Z3FC Gray. The delivery took some time but other than that everything went smooth. Very light screen, easy to set up (even though I tried using the wrong USB cable and had to reach out to the customer support before figuring it out).
Good picture quality especially for this price. Overally I'm very satisfied. Let's see now how long it will last.

Purchased this to use whilst working from home and in other locations away from the office. Very good price, comes with 3 different cables which enables you to just plug in and play.
It’s very light and has a sturdy built in stand which just folds away into the back of the monitor. It’s a worthwhile piece of kit and a must if you are used to using multiple screens in the office.

I have bought a screen from them in may 2025. The screen stand already broke in november 2025. I asked for a replacement because i had warranty on it. they didn't want to do that before i send the product back to them. Customer service very unfriendly.
first they told me to send it to england and after 2 day they said they were wrong and i had to send it to madrid. Very sketchy. In januari i send the broken product to madrid (it cost me 36€ from belgium).
after i told them this they told me the refund will only be 80% and they only repay the shipping kost for 10€ max.
after a week of waiting for my refund and still haven't received, i contacted them again. they said there was some issue with the payment and asked for a paypall account.
note that it was their own policy to ONLY refund to the account the product was paid with.
I told them i don't have paypall and would like the be refunded on my bank account.
They suggested me to use a family or friends paypall account to make the refund.
At the time of writing this i still have not received any refund.

So far I am regretting ordering from Arzopa website. Customer service has been horrible. They claimed my monitor has shipped so I cannot make further changes. 3 business days later, tracking number they gave me for UPS show nothing has been shipped. Tried contacting support but get an AI reply. Chat on website got me nowhere. Not shopping with Arzopa again.

Firstly the product I’d ordered turned out not to be in stock after all, a few days after I had ordered it. I was offered a colour option I didn’t really want but, hey ho, it’s nearly Christmas and I needed the delivery. It came very fast, I was surprised. The box wasn’t brilliantly protected but arrived undamaged. On opening, it comes with a power supply with a mains connector the likes of which I have never seen… Chinese perhaps??? What use is that to me? Or the person I was going to give it to? Now I have to buy an adapter for a plug I do not know how to describe. So, is the unit any good? How clear are the pictures? How bright is it? Hard to say. I can’t keep it awake long enough before the mains connector falls out to find out. I know Arzopa don’t respond to negative reviews, so this is just a warning for potential purchasers who live anywhere other than where this mains connector actually connects to the mains.

I was looking for a stand for my smartphone, which is surprisingly hard to find. I found the ideal one which met all my wishes. It's Arzopa "double-oipe folding bracket" - the title on the box doesn't give much away! It folds compactly and unfolds easily with 2 hinges which allow a huge range of angles and height. I even got it horizontal so I could take a steady photo of a photo/document. The phone sits on the small shelf either orientation, and is convenient to pick up to move the phone with me to a different location. It is also weighted, so is fairly stable. I could not find it on Arzona website to leave a review for them, so it seems they no longer make them!

I just started using my monitor because I was waiting for my mac mini to come in. My monitor keeps flickering and won't turn on!! I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips, and nothing is working.

Easy to setup.
