It is with deep regret to the lack of resolution from FI Clinica that I am posting this review.
I am writing this review to warn others about my horrendous experience with FiClinica. After undergoing surgery in Oct 23 at their clinic, I experienced complications that left me in pain and distress. Despite numerous attempts to contact them and seek resolution (over 10 months now), I have been met with complete disregard for my well-being.

Not only did FiClinica fail to address my concerns for months on end but they also ignored requests for essential HSE documentation and information related to my case. The lack of professionalism and accountability from their end has only added to my frustration and disappointment.

I cannot stress enough the stress and pressure I have endured throughout this ordeal. It has been a nightmare trying to navigate through the aftermath of botched surgery without any support from FiClinica.

I urge anyone considering treatment at FiClinica to think twice and explore other options. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would hate for anyone else to go through what I have endured.

I implore FiClinica to take responsibility for their actions and provide the necessary support and compensation to rectify the harm they have caused. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone.

When coming back to Kaunas, I always visit Fi Clinica hygienist Sandra Burcikaite. Honestly, never saw that kind of perfectionist and loving job person. I have tried so many hygienist abroad like in London clinics, but always coming back to Fi clinic due to this hygienist. Good luck!

Brilliant clinic and very professional staff. Special thanks for Erika for patience and kindness,thank you for all administration personnel and all nurses, and of course tanks for Justinas Grasys, he is a master of his profession and I,m trilled with my results. I would give FI Clinica 10 stars out of 10. And For Justinas Grasys 11 out of 10. That's how good he is.
If you have any doubts about a Fi Clinic you should have them no more!!! For the little price you pay quality of service is just amazing. In my opinion it's a best Clinic in Lithuania and probably on of the best in Europe to!!!

I had a complex mommy makeover at Fi Clinica, and the experience was stellar from start to finish. Dr. Raminta Česnaitienė instantly understood my needs, recommended the best treatment, and ensured I walked into the surgery feeling fully informed and certain. Just four days post-operation, the results are nothing less than spectacular. I am absolutely over the moon! The surgery not only addressed my main concerns but also corrected my diastasis recti and belly button hernia, which was a pleasant bonus. The changes are visible already, and it's a massive boost to my confidence. The pre and post-op care from my nurses, Karolina and Inga, was profoundly kind and professional. Also, a shoutout to Dovile, the physiotherapist, whose lymphatic drainage massages I highly recommend. If you're considering a procedure, you couldn't be in better hands. I wholeheartedly recommend Fi Clinica and its incredible team. Thank you, Fi Clinica, for a truly transformative 5* experience!

I had underwent a surgery with Dr Kaikaris about 5 weeks ago and can't be happier with the process pre and post op. During my initial consultation Dr Kaikaris ensured I understood each step of the surgery. Im originally Lithuanian but have lost a lot of vocabulary over the years of not living there, he was more than happy to switch languages in order for me to fully understand and communicate my concerns. I can say that from the beginning he made me feel at ease and safe in the hands of himself and his team. On the day of my surgery I was brought to my private room which had a beautiful view of the tennis court on site and was provided with all the essentials for my nights stay (slippers, toothbrush, tv etc). As this was my first surgery I was obviously anxious heading to the operation room but it was actually the nicest experience with all the friendly nurses, anaesthesiologist etc in the room, it really felt like the best nap ever. Post operatively I had full access to the nurses at any time, they came straight away to offer relief/assistance getting out of bed. Even Dr Kaikaris came down to ensure I was doing okay and if I had anymore questions. I found he had a very personal and warm approach to his patients. During my discharge I was given a bag full of dressings, pain relief and any necessary info. It was a 10/10 experience considering all the support and communication I received from Dr Kaikaris and his team and am still receiving to this day if I have any questions.

I am at the clinic as I write this review, i cannot recommend Fi Clinica enough. I had read so many reviews and watched a few girls do thr journey on Instagram with this amazing clinic, the professionalism's I have received from the start has been outstanding, from the emails at the start with Karina always very prompt in getting back to me. Then the reception girls at the desk all so happy and I was greeted lovingly. I don’t know wr to start about my surgeon dr Justinas Grasys, I was super nervous with anxiety also bein sick the previous nite, but the minute I sat down with him, and he started to talk to me, my nerves just drifted off and I knew I had nothing to worry about, his calm way of talking to u just sets you on a journey that you know is goin to be ok. The nursing staff are at ur bec an call, they can’t do enough for you. The food is 5* as is this clinic, if anyone is thinking of having surgery give this clinic your time and trust, you won’t regret it. So sad my time is nearly over hear as I have loved every bit of it.

I flew from the uk to have my breast implants removed and an uplift by Justinas Grasys. I was so impressed by the whole experience I would not hesitate to recommend FI clinica. The care and cleanliness is much better than the uk cosmetic hospitals. My surgeon was such a lovely man and very skilled. It’s a Safe, clean and friendly environment it’s also very reasonably priced. Top marks from me.

Hi guys!! 1 year ago today I came out of surgery with you and with my new breast augmentation. Dr Christian did an amazing job, the customer service before - during and after was second to none!! Labai džiaugiuosi, kad pasirinkau Fi Clinica kliniką. Labai noriu padėkoti V. Kaikariui ir Mariui Kašėtai, kurie man atliko rinoseptoplastiką. Nuo pat pirmo vizito, kai atvykau konsultacijai – pajutau, kad esu profesionalų rankose. Registratūroje dirba labai malonios administratorės, kurio visada pasitinka su šypsena bei viską išsamiai paaiškina. Klinika moderni ir spindi švara. Gydytojai bei seselės elgiasi švelniai, supratingai ir profesionaliai, o pats gydytojas V. Kaikaris – tiesiog nuostabus, šiltas žmogus, šalia kurio dingsta baimė ir atsiranda tikėjimas, kad tikrai viskas bus gerai bei sklandžiai. Teko praleisti vieną parą šioje klinikoje, tai jaučiausi lyg namie - apsupta profesionalių slaugytojų. Palata – 10/10: jauki, švari bei puikus maistas. What an amazing clinic this is, I researched for a long time to find the right clinic for my surgery and I'm so pleased I chose Fi Clinica.
From the very beginning all my questions were answered promptly by the very lovely reception team, I personally dealt with Karina who replied to me in good time and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The clinic itself is spotless, everyone speaks English, everything is provided for you, robes, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste and the food is beautiful.
Now to my surgeon, the amazing Dr Rainys, who has changed my life, I will be forever grateful to him. His care is second to none, from the initial consultation right through until the last appointment. Dr Rainys explained everything to the last detail, he definitely wants the best results for his patients, after only 3 weeks post op I can see fantastic results. I had the best experience with this clinic, what I found really touching was that Dr Rainys was present for every one of my dressing changes after I had been discharged from clinic, this is not left to nursing staff, he personally changed my dressing and made sure that my surgery site was healing well. This man is so busy, he is booked up months and months in advance but wants to continue with all the aftercare of his patients, how he finds time to rest is a mystery. I'm back in the UK but any questions I have, I message him and the response is extremely quick. My whole experience has been nothing but positive, I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone. An added bonus is that Kaunas is lovely and so are the people.

I have found the clinic after almost a year of research. My experience with Fi Clinica has been incredible from the very first inquiry email sent to the lovely Karina, who answered all of my questions very quickly and with so much competence. I had an initial online consultation within a few days from my initial inquiry with Dr Raminta, to discuss options for my back / legs and it was so reassuring to speak to her and get an understanding of what could be done. Once I got there, I felt I had made the best decision! The clinic is incredible, spotless and all the staff working there professional and just lovely. Dr Raminta work is amazing - i am only a few weeks post op and I can see some incredible results! She is so professional, experienced, and infuses a sense of total trust. Couldn't vouch for her and the clinic more. They are truly focused on making people happy and getting the best possible results. Definitely one of the best for me!

Had great service, great communication and aftercare.

I am due to fly home tomorrow after having a MMO with Dr Asds Cepas. The whole experience for me has been life changing. Initial meeting was a consultation that lasted nearly 2 hours where he went through absolutely everything and what he recommended. Put me in my place as what I was asking for was unrealistic. After measurements was taken he made me understand sizing and risks if my implants were any bigger. It’s good to know that he isn’t willing to risk his reputation on just giving people what they ask for. When I got back to my apartment it made me sit and realise what safe hands I was in. The morning of surgery he was very calming, clear and put my mind at ease as I was struggling with my anxiety. He marked me up and I went to my room (hospital is SUPER CLEAN) I chose what I’d have for dinner and breakfast the next day. Next thing I remember coming round. I was so lovely and warm all wrapped up and nurses constantly checking in on me. The food came, I’m not just saying it but it’s like restaurant quality. It was amazing. Still thinking about the chicken broth now! Dr Adas came to see me the next day for a dressing change which is where I seen my new body. I cried tears of joy. I could tell by the look on his face that he must of been so proud of his work to! My body exceeded all my expectations. I still can’t believe this body is mine now. When I tell you it was a big task, it really was. I later found out he removed 3 hernias while I was in theatre too. I seen him for the last time this morning for a shower and dressing change. He is really pleased with how I’m healing. He walked me out. I really just wanted to throw my arms around him and thank him for giving me life changing results but I didn’t know if he would find it inappropriate as he is so professional but just so you know that’s exactly what I wanted to do DR ADAS you have made me one very happy lady and I hope to find confidence after 18 years with the old body. Thankyou so much to all the staff at FI for changing my life.

I can’t put into words just how incredible my whole experience has been. From first contact they have been amazing. I have had the best care and would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone who is thinking of going abroad for surgery

The service at FI CLINCA is out of this world ! I researched so many clinics over four years this was without a doubt the best decision Iv ever made , their care is second to none so friendly and helpful nothing is a problem

What can I say? I have spent years and years researching clinics back home in the UK and abroad and from hearing so many trusted recommendations with Fi Clinica, I knew I was in safe hands.

Marius performed my rhinoplasty and he is a master of his craft. My remit was improvement not perfection and somehow, not expecting it, he pulled off perfection. I was vocal about wanting a nose that complimented my features, so I can look in the mirror and see me and I do! Sometimes I catch myself glancing at my new nose and still marvel at how impressed I am with it.

When I had my stitches removed at my local hospital, the nurse enquired about my surgery and I told her I had it done at Fi Clinica and she said she had heard great things about them, so their reputation is being positively recognised in the UK by medical professionals speaks volumes.

The nurses and admin team are so friendly, elegant, gracious and gorgeous, I felt so well looked after. The clinic felt like a hotel!

Watch out World, Lithuania is going to be the place to go for plastic surgery!
