I travelled from Ireland to Fi Clinic in Kaunas for a breast lift with implants, and I honestly could not have had a better experience.

From the moment I arrived, everything was organised, professional, and stress-free. Travelling abroad for surgery can feel daunting, but the team at Fi Clinic made the entire process incredibly easy and relaxing. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for.

My surgeon was exceptional. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and delivered results that have exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome.

A special thank you to everyone involved in my care, from the wonderful reception staff who always greeted me with a smile, to the nurses who were kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout my stay. The anaesthetist was fantastic and helped put me completely at ease before surgery. The catering staff were lovely and contributed to the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the clinic.

The standard of care was outstanding from start to finish, and I felt supported every step of the way. I would highly recommend Fi Clinic to anyone considering cosmetic surgery abroad. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience such a positive one and for giving me results I am truly happy with.

I recently went to Fi Clinica for a breast lift with an implant. My surgeon was Vygintas Kaikaris. He was absolutely wonderful. Very straight talking and gives reasonable expectations. He will do what is best for you and your body type. Couldn’t be happier with my results already and I’m not even two weeks post op yet. The scars are beautifully neat and I’m hoping that they will continue to heal well and eventually be hardly noticeable. Every nurse I came across was wonderful and helpful also. The food in the hospital when you stay is some of the nicest food I’ve had. Would definitely come back if I wanted any other tweks done in the future.

I’m 2 weeks post op - I had breast uplift with implants with surgeon Raminta, I also had a hernia repair with Žilvinas.
I ended up staying in hospital an extra 6 days, and had an to have an extra surgery on my hernia due to fluid build up and I picked up an infection but they was very quick at picking this up. They didn’t let me go until I was feeling better and my infection markers were low enough for me to come off IV.
I felt very safe in their hands.
I absolutely love my new boobs I can’t wait too see the finished result once they’re healed! I’m excited to return for my tummy tuck in the near future 🥰

Fi Clinica has been beyond wonderful. I’m still in recovery, so my experience is fresh in my mind. I can say, without any doubt, that this clinic is beyond professional while still offering many personal touches and genuine kindness. There isn’t a trace of coldness to be found {besides the weather 😉}.

My surgeon, Dr. Raminta, has been so kind, personable, and a downright artist. I have anxiety and, to be honest, I’m a huge baby when it comes to pain and discomfort. The staff went above and beyond to educate me, address every concern, and make me feel comfortable throughout the process. I even met another surgeon {when I had a slight issue out of hours} on staff who was incredibly generous with her time.

This clinic is a team. To add to that, the nurses are phenomenal as they truly add the finishing touches to the entire establishment. The check-in staff is lovely and clear when one is anxiously trying to remember dates and times.

I had an extended tummy tuck, muscle repair, and lipo. If you are considering surgery, I highly recommend FI Clinica. You are truly in good hands. Well worth the trip from Belgium.

I am extremely satisfied with the entire process — from the initial consultation with Justinas Grašys to the surgery itself and all the communication during the follow-up visit.

The surgeon was highly professional, answered all of my questions (and there were many), and did so with a smile and a positive attitude.

On the day of the surgery, he came to greet me and asked how I was feeling. Since the procedure was performed under local anesthesia, he talked to me and joked during the operation, and the whole process went by much faster than I expected. Throughout the surgery, I felt that I was in very trustworthy hands — there was no anxiety or fear, which I honestly thought would start the moment I lay down on the operating table.

I had upper eyelid surgery, and everything was done so beautifully that after just the first few weeks, the scar was practically invisible and seemed to blend perfectly with the eyelid.

My experience was truly the best possible. I highly recommend Justinas Grašys as a surgeon, both because of his high level of expertise as a specialist in his field and because of his ability to maintain such warm and friendly communication with his patients.

The surgery itself went so well and I’m absolutely delighted with my results already. I’m only 3 weeks post op, so still quite swollen, but my incisions are incredibly neat and my healing has gone so smoothly. I’m over the moon with my results and so grateful to the whole team.

Honestly outstanding. As soon as I walked into the clinic I felt at ease. The staff made me feel welcome with their big smiles and politeness. The clinic thoroughly clean and is so lovely to be in. On my stay there I was very well looked after, the nurses were amazing and helped with anything needed. I had two lymphatic drainage massages whilst in clinic which really helped with recovery. My surgeon Dr Raminta is truly amazing and I would recommend her to anyone! I knew straight away she was very much firstly interested in patients care based on our discussions. My surgery went smoothly and my recovery thanks to her has been really good so far. I’m so happy and feel lucky to have had her for this life changing surgery. I had seen a lot of amazing reviews for both the clinic and Dr Raminta which made me book with Fi, and it truly was the best decision I made. Thank you all ☺️

I had an excellent experience at Fi Clinica in Kaunas for my gynecomastia and blepharoplasty surgeries. From the very first contact, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. The clinic is modern, clean, and very well equipped.

Dr Raminta is an absolute perfectionist. I had a mummy makeover in October 2025 and my results are amazing. I have healed really well and my scars are so neat. I cannot wait to go back to see her for my arms and legs. It is definitely a team strength at Fi Clinica as everyone I encountered held the same level of professionalism and care, from the nurses to the receptionists to the catering staff.

I traveled from Italy to Fi Clinica and had such an amazing experience that I’ll be returning in four months for my next surgery. After losing a lot of weight and talking with friends they suggested that I go to FI Clinica to consult about skin removal.
Dr. Raminta was incredibly knowledgeable and within a minute she knew what needed to be done, and after booking the surgery I travelled to undergo it.

The team they have is fantastic, they look after you incredibly well, and answer any questions or worries you may have and the nurses are very caring and helpful, I can't thank them enough for the care they showed when I was both pre op and nervous and post op and recovering.
Dr. Raminta is fantastic and brilliant at her job, and talks back and forth with me regarding aftercare and updates on my healing.

I'm still healing right now but already I feel lighter and like I made the right decision putting my trust in the staff at FI Clinica,
