Thank you, would highly recommend

I am responsible for some very high profile events where trophies are the pinnacle of the event. I've used a lot of companies who in some shape or form have disappointed previously - HOWEVER - Fen Regis Trophies have been fantastic.

They are personable, reliable, fast and great value. There is nothing more that you and I need from a trophy supplier and I highly recommend them.

There are numerous companies providing trophies but my initial enquiry with Fen Regis Trophies was handled by a real person! As I hadn't ordered something like this before I needed guidance and advice and I got it very promptly. They understood my questions and made the ordering process very simple and worry free. The glass trophies came very promptly and I'm delighted.

Excellent communications throughout and really went above and beyond to get the award to the Scottish highlands in time for an important deadline. Really appreciate their great service and would definitely use again.

We've had an excellent, professional and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. After taking my order the team kept me updated on progress and even double checked the wording that I requested to be on the glass. The glass arrived before we expected and the workmanship was top class. Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful service, on the phone and then backed up by email. A beautiful product, reasonably priced. They came up with a good design from my ideas. And they met my tight deadline. Very pleased!

Very helpful service and speedy delivery. The quality of the product is excellent and has made a really lovely award to celebrate our choir director's 10 years!

Excellent company. Good communication. Reassured by proofs emailed for verification. Prompt completion of work to a good standard, timely delivery.

Great product, very fast delivery. Great friendly customer service. Would definitely return again for future products.

My updated order for a golf trophy was handled perfectly. It was an updated repeat of a 2023 prize and was done and sent promptly well in time for the event itself. Nicely boxed and the winner was delighted as it is an elegant glass trophy and not another big metal one! I also like the confirmation process in advance and the trust implied by not demanding the payment up front but concentrating on customer satisfaction. Of course, I paid quickly!

Excellent products and even better customer service. Andrew was really helpful. Answered my queries instantly and provided very useful advice. Quick turnaround and lovely packaging.Delighted with the purchases - look very classy. Would thoroughly recommend.

This is the fourth time we have used Fen Regis for production of trophies for our events. Yet again the product received back, and the dealings with Andrew and the team, have been great. We will not hesitate to use them again in future!

Very easy to place the order and the item was received promptly.

Definitely recommend!

We went to Fen Regis Trophies for 25 awards to be made for a university sports presentation night. The customer service was amazing and quick, quote they gave was competitive and value for money was amazing. Our Students were thrilled with the trophies they received as awards and we will be doing more business with them in the future.

Andrew and his team responded to our request very quickly and was able to turnaround an order and all production within a matter of days.
He was very friendly, very helpful and the results were excellent. We will always now be using Fen Regis moving forward and would highly recommend.

The glass trophies were first class. They were really well packed with crisp engraving and lovely presentation cases. Rapid turnaround of the order as well!

Fen Regis Trophies were quick to respond to my order request. They were careful to ensure the style and format of the engraving was correct. I’m very pleased with the quality of the end result. The presentation box is a nice touch too
