Fen Regis Trophies Recenzje

The glass trophies were first class. They were really well packed with crisp engraving and lovely presentation cases. Rapid turnaround of the order as well!

Fen Regis Trophies were quick to respond to my order request. They were careful to ensure the style and format of the engraving was correct. I’m very pleased with the quality of the end result. The presentation box is a nice touch too

First class service and products. I wanted something bespoke so got in contact with Fen Regis and they bent over backwards to accommodate, even spotting that I had a typo in my original design! Superb customer service, really lovely and friendly staff and will go the extra mile to ensure you get exactly what you have asked for. I am so pleased with everything, including the final result, I will 100% be using them again if I ever need to.

From my initial google search I was looking for a company who could provide personalised glassware, and I am so glad I came across Fen Regis Trophies. I have placed 2 orders with them in quick succession after being so impressed with their speed, professionalism and want to go the extra mile for their customers. Andrew has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, making each part of (what can be a tedious process) so easy and it has been a pleasure to deal with him. The quality of the products did not disappoint and Andrew was able to get us over 20 personalised glass trophies, in just over a week! I would absolutely recommend Fen Regis Trophies for their quality, customer service and ability to deliver and will certainly be using them for all my glassware needs in the future!

I cannot praise Andrew and the team enough for their outstanding service! I needed a last-minute glass trophy engraved and delivered to Birmingham within a day, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. From the moment I reached out, their customer service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient.

They reassured me that they could meet the tight deadline, and true to their word, they delivered exactly as promised. The engraving was flawless, the trophy was of the highest quality, and the entire process was seamless. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and is willing to go the extra mile, but Andrew and his team certainly do!

I will absolutely be returning for future orders, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality engraving with top-notch service. A massive thank you again to the team for making it all happen!
