Two of the three items I ordered this year arrived badly damaged. Their customer service is non-existent, closing tickets without resolution, saying they will provide store credit and then radio silence. Don’t bother wasting your time.

Very poor - order placed in august for Halloween and. Hristmas poeces. Items still not dispatched and told 6 times it would be within the week

Cela fait des années que j'achète de tout sur le Web. Et là, je tombe de haut car j'avais déjà eu affaire avec Felinaworld et ça s'était très bien passé. Sauf, la dernière commande du 13/09/21: des figurines Lemax Spooky Town, disponibles, et une maison aussi Spooky Town pour Halloween mais en pré commande avec un envoi estimé fin octobre. Je n'ai absolument rien reçu, aucune possibilité de les joindre par téléphone et aucune réponse par mail. Du coup, je passe par la plateforme européenne de réglement des problèmes concernant les achats digitaux. Felinaworld n'a toujours pas répondu. Je demande le remboursement de ma commande non respectée.Dans quelques jours,cette demande se transformera en plainte car a priori, je ne suis pas la seule cliente lésée.

Excellent service from this great company. My large order only took a few days and the customer care was very good. I am placing another order today and would highly recommend them.

J'ai effectué une commande fin novembre 2020 et je n'ai toujours pas mon colis (11/01/21). Il y a eut une première livraison et j'étais absent (le livreur DPD ne m'a laissé aucun avis de passage, bravo à lui d'ailleurs au passage..). Une dizaine de jours après ma commande et ne voyant pas le colis j'ai contacté le service de livraison pour savoir ou en était mon colis, leur réponse du fait de mon absence (et sans laissé d'avis de passage) et après avoir gardé le colis quelques jours ils l'ont retourné à l'expéditeur.
Je me suis donc mis en relation avec Felina World qui d'après leur mail à pris en compte ma demande, à savoir me renvoyer le colis à l'identique dans la mesure du possible. N'ayant aucun retour après 15 jours je les ai de nouveau contacté pour savoir ou ça en était et pas de réponse, nouvelle relance par la suite pour procéder au remboursement et je n'ai plus de réponse de leur part.
Ma commande à hauteur de 70/80€ n'est toujours pas arrivée et je n'ai pour l'instant obtenu aucun remboursement.

JE DECONSEILLE DONC FORTEMENT DE COMMANDER SUR CE SITE

Vorig jaar hebben we via BOL.com een kerstboom met geïntegreerde verlichting gekocht bij Felina world. Dit jaar zetten we de boom voor de 2e keer op en enkele lampjes (4x) waren defect.
Het is niet mogelijk om bij deze firma en normale garantie afhandeling te starten ondanks dat je 10 jaar garantie hebt.
De enige reactie op ons bericht was:

I am so sorry but we offer return/replacement within 1 month. Also, this product is not in stock anymore.

M.a.w zoek het maar uit met je 10 jaar garantie. Worst aftersales ever. Na diverse reminders en mails van ons waar onze initiële mail weer opnieuw opgepakt werd door een andere medewerker hebben we via BOL.com een klachten ingediend over deze verkoper. We zijn nu met de hulp van BOL uitgekomen op een compensatie op de aankoopprijs.
Een oplossing waar we niet erg blij mee zijn, maar we zijn er na een maand mee bezig te zijn geweest klaar meer.

Ons advies: koop je spullen ergens ander

Felina's is a membership club! not an online shop! once you buy something they then take out £25 out of your account every month, when I called to dispute this they said can I review them Trust Pilot? nothing about my refund. I had been away for four months and they had £100 of my money which I would loose if I did not spend. I did not want to loose my £100 spend hours trying to find something to buy!! why should I not have my money back. This is fraud! and you have to be very aware! before you buy anything you are not signing up for something else!

The website mentions return are accepted but be aware here is what happened to me. I bought 2bras same size same style, two different color Bare and Black. I tried the bras the same day I have received them. The bare color was amazing, a favorite and fits like a glove, the black was stretched out in the front middle of the bra and the length of the part to hook around was longer and was missing an important tag for enabling returns. How do I know? well the bare color bra had this tag that mentioned to not removed it for returns. I am pretty sure the black bra was a returned item sold to me which would explain also the stretching. Upon request of returning the black bra Felina sent me an email I will be refunded 10 88$, why half? I paid about 20$each before taxes. I emailed them multiple times, called them twice and left a message to make sure I get a refund with tag missing and a full refund. It has been 6 days I am waiting a reply and nothing has happened. So beware buyers you might get a great product here and there but also you can get one not so new and get no to half a refund! Customer service not good.

Really quick postage and good comms to start with, however item arrived damaged and then all the nonsense started. No initial response to my 3 enquiries and it was only after I called that things started to happen. Was told a replacement would be sent out and I would have to return the faulty item...all good. 3 weeks latter I contacted Felinaworld only to be informed that my item was out of stock......why offer a replacement in the first place? Was offered a repair or refund and opted for the refund. I was unable to use Felina's choice of courier and had to post the item back. Felina originally agreed to pay half these postage costs, but then rengade on this promise opting to pay part in a voucher, when originally they said they could not offer one of these. I have to say Felina are no Amazon, the customer service at best was poor, no initial responses to my enquiries about how we could return the item and then simply leaving it to me to sort out when I was unable to use their preferred choice of courier. I also have to say the quality of Lemax products is not that great. When you pay over a £100 for a small decoration you expect it to be of a reasonable standard and not arrive with bits broken off. As with lots of products made in China and not particularly great.
