Always competitive prices

Always competitive prices. Always fast and well packaged parts, and shop supplies with their free shipping over $49. Their customer service and parts departments are very helpful and prompt to respond. I would also suggest them because of their Life time guarantee, something their competitors do not. It's a no-brainer for me. This is a euro auto parts site for wrenchers, not pinchers. Real quality and peace of mind is gonna command a price. But they won't bite too hard. They're my go-to for liqui moly, fuchs, and other top tier german lubricants. Want to count beans, scrimp and skim for $5 savings? Just grab up your factory seconds, economy tier parts at a local auto parts store. Lazy Eye Bob and Handy Randy will take good care of you. The rest of you? Follow me to FCP.

OEM REPLACEMENT PARTS AT HALF THE DEALERSHIP COST.

I was able to purchase OEM replacement parts for my German vehicle and the prices were about half the cost of what they would have been if I purchased them from the dealership. The shipping time was quick and the parts were packed well and arrived with no damage.

Often, this can result in the same year, make, and model cars having different-sized rotors and pads due to different options/packages ordered during the vehicle's production. We do understand that this can cause some confusion when shopping for brake components online, and we list all of our brake parts with sizing information so they can be paired to the specific brake packages found on each individual vehicle. Purchased pierburg water pump house

Purchased pierburg water pump house, that comes thermostat and tem sensor.

The thermostat not opened at 110c!

Do not buy from fcpeuro.com! Pierburg water pumpkit!

Now the company asking proof of pictures of the failed thermostat & temperature.

That's mean I need to reinstall the defected parts, and owerheat my engine again for taking a picture!

This is not right

Hello,

While we did reach out and ask for any pictures or information you have documenting the issue, we are not requiring you to reinstall the defective part and potentially cause issues with your car. When we saw the mention of the specific temperature readings (110 degrees), we thought that there might be a chance we could obtain some documentation (to send to the part manufacturer), but we certainly wouldn't want to cause more problems.

Based on the extra information you were able to provide, we believe we can provide a resolution. I will be sending over an email with more details momentarily.
