This company's customer support ensured that my parts for my automobile were correct and worked with me to rectify a shipment issue immediately within minutes and my order was placed again correctly without any problems in shipment of products arrived on time.. in this economy even amid and internal National cabal got it done. Are you looking to wait a month for parts that are advertised as "ships in 7 days", remind a company several times to fulfill your order, get delivered the wrong parts, and then have a customer service team do nothing but babble and breath?? Then look no further, FCP Euro is the supplier for you!!! If you expect a product to be shipped in a timely fashion and to get what you paid for, you best lobotomize yourself because you are just flat out crazy.

On a serious note, I have been a customer for years and huge supporter of this company, as they are heavily associated with the car community and keeping aging German / British cars on the road. That has come to an end and I will do my very best to direct any one I can to go anywhere but here for parts. Dealing with the sad excuse of their customer service and support has turned me away for good. After following up kindly several days in a row asking for updates, the most I was able to get was the incorrect parts a week past when they were expected (after lighting a fire under their ass). Then in calling to ask what happened, the summary of it was "well it doesn't look like we have what you bought and paid for, so we sent something else. But we're looking into it now!". I'm sure there would be a different attitude if the script was flipped and this was regarding payment. To make things worse for them (better for myself though), I reached out to my local dealer and got parts for the same price, and delivery in 2 days..... not sure why FCP Euro had to reinvent the wheel to order mirror covers but here we are. Moral of the story, do not purchase anything or use this company. And to FCP Euro - the way you operate a company and serve your customers is downright pathetic, and I hope the lack of care and effort reflects in the future of your company.

Well made parts at a fair price.

I found FCP Euro through an internet search for an oil level sensor for our MBS Sprinter. I was able to find the correct MB part, ordered it and received it sooner than I expected. All communications took place through email as I have only unreliable cell service where I live. FCP kept me informed as to when the sensor was ship, the carrier being used and were very transparent in what I could expect.
