Zero would be my rating. Do NOT buy anything from this site. I purchased 4 months ago an inferior item which was not what was listed or shown. I am still trying to get my money back. They are thieving, disgusting rats. They have no intention of refunding my money even though i email them every week for my refund. wont send a return address either.

Complete trash products that don't look anything like on the website, won't give refunds of course

i received the products but they don't macht at all the pictures on the ad.
the fabrics are not as they are shown : synthetic not wool ( not knit) but plat. on the picture it seems like it is woolen but in fact it is absolutely not.

I can’t even use the word “quality” as it is anything but that.
My bad for spending $60+ on what I thought was an amazing Halloween dress to receive something worse than from a Spirit store. To offer me a 10% coupon for another purchase is laughable. If they ever show up on my IG again, you can rest assured the review I will attach.
I already have and funny enough, they “disappeared” from my feed to the point I can’t even find them on IG.

They will process your payment so fast, but strange how they can’t refund from the other side.

It would be 0 if I had the option. Ordered a coat for my husbands Christmas present ages ago and still not arrived . Now noticed that they are advertising same item but under a different name. My own fault for checking them out beforehand. So please do not buy!!!!

Items are not what they appear. They use fake pictures to sell what look like great products, like complicated knitted sweaters, then send you cheap printed versions. Refused to give refund, instead offering coupon. So dumb, I hate businesses like this. This should be illegal.

They are a TOTAL scam. Their pictures have nothing to do with what they send you. I cancelled my second order once i received the first one, and a month later they sent me the items and they charged me. There is no phone number other than an email and they don’t answer.

Items never arrived, they claim they were delivered yet can’t provide me with a signed proof of delivery. Just don’t buy from them, that’s all…

Absolutely do not trust this website. I should have done a better job of reading reviews but that’s on me. They only sent two of the three ordered items, the sweaters they did send
Were poor quality screen printed sweatshirts rather than the knitted items pictured and described in the ad. I requested a return and they offered me a 20% off coupon for a future purchase then ignored all future messages

Très mauvaise qualité.
Procédure de retour inexistante, ils proposent un bon de réduction de 10%

Metto una stella perché meno non si può. Pessima qualità, non c’entrano niente col prodotto offerto in foto. Non comprerò mai più dire che fanno schifo è dir poco.

This company is a scam! I ordered a knitted hoodie and got a synthetic hoodie made of crap with a print to make it look like it was knitted from yarn! Like a picture of the texture on the hoodie. When I requested a return, they kept offer me discounts for their products or $10. I want to send back this abomination but they keep stalling. It’s been 1.5 months since I requested to return this item. Ridiculous customer service and terrible quality! The company is a scam!

Super mala calidad, no es para nada como aparece en las fotos. Un desastre de patrón, de tela y de todo!! Una estafa!!
