Easy process

It was easy to find the event i was looking for by typing in location.
The booking process was quick & easy too. Having an account helps find your tickets fast.

Really impressed with how easy it was…

Really impressed with how easy it was to search for event in my city, then choose dates I had available to head out and met some new people. All the relevant details were right there - no confusion at all. Very easy to use. All I had to do was click the pink button to book my ticket - fill in a few basic details and register for the event. Such a breeze. The email confirmation was prompt and I was very happy with the process.

Terrible experience by mistake I paid for an extra ticket for 5th June concert —having bad time getting a refund absolutely disgusting I am 78 years of age and not really tech savvy you can’t talk to someone live

Refund policy is set by the event organisers rather than ourselves. You can request a refund from the organiser at www.fatsoma.com/orders when signed into the account.
As a website we do not have a phone contact number.

Easy to sort the tickets out for the…

Easy to sort the tickets out for the event. Only issue I have is the extra booking cost of £2.50 per ticket which then added £15 to my total ticket costs. £2.50 in total would have made more sense.
Also, not sure why I need to download an app just an email with the tickets attached would have been fine.

Purchasing my tickets for a tribute

Purchasing my tickets for a tribute concert was super easy and amazing to understand. I was sent a confirmation email immediately after purchasing my tickets, with the ticket included. Would recommend!

Why additional charge per ticket?

It was easy to get and buy tickets but I really don't understand why its necessary to charge an extra £2.50 per ticket.. a bit cheeky when there's next to no additional admin needed for issuing more than one e-ticket in a single sale... so I repeat, a bit cheeky?!?

The process of buying a ticket was…

The process of buying a ticket was seamless. The different ticket categories were clearly stated and there were several options to make payments.
I was able to using my mobile phone.
A reciept was sent to my email and I have the option to check on the app too.

I’ve really enjoyed using Fatsoma — the app has a clean, modern design that’s easy on the eyes and simple to navigate. It’s great for finding and booking events without any hassle, and the overall user experience feels smooth and reliable. Definitely one of the better platforms for club and festival tickets!
