I ordered some clothes on 28th April for a wedding in early May. To date I have had no response to my order. After this negative response i am very pleased to say a representativr contacted me and appologisef, in addition to the refund and appology i was x given a voucher code to order some clothes.

At one point my whole wardrobe was father sons clothing, however I feel the clothing I have purchased lately has been of poor quality. With the metal badges falling off, holes appearing on seams after one wear and also bobbling on what feels cheap material after one wash.
Disappointed after buying so much over the years.

Update emailed again and they sent me the two missing pieces.

Quality and style of the clothes are superb, ordered many times, only wish they didn’t make a certain few as once it’s sold out they never come back into stock, also there customer service is fantastic, quick to come back to you, very helpful and understanding and work with you to help with any issues can’t fault them.

Fathersons’ customer service is second to none. As a new customer, I’ve finally found a brand whose clothes fit me better than most. Being registered blind makes high-street shopping nearly impossible; I’ve even mistaken a manikin for person at the till more than once. Shopping online has been brilliant—the website works well for me, though the app doesn’t yet support larger sizes.

When I placed my first order, I accidentally chose delivery to a shop in town instead of to my home. I got an email telling me to pick up the package, which caused a panic since I couldn’t do that without help. I emailed to cancel, expecting a problem, but to my surprise they were incredibly helpful and changed the delivery to my home for the next day. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers. You’ve earned a customer for life.
