Great customer service
Returned a dress and bought a gorgeous skirt. Dress lovely, but too short for me. Exchanging was no problem. Always very helpful people. And love my new very comfortable stylish skirt.

Customer satisfaction
Ordered a jumpsuit and found that it had been sewn wrong .Took it back and the assistants couldn't be more helpful ordering another straight away and so pleased. Have shopped here for some time staff always attentive .Pleasure shopping in there

Such a helpful staff member
I bought a long top in the Fat Face sale. I really liked it but when I tried it on at home I realised it did not suit me.
I took it back today, very apologetic and the assistant was very helpful and understanding. She returned my payment without any fuss.
I will of course return to buy from Fat Face again.

I love the product but..
I love the product. My problem was with when I tried to exchange for a larger size, the item was not in store so I had to get a refund and purchase again online. The staff member told me that I was only getting £20 back from the £38 I had paid. She looked at the E-receipt and that is what she told me I would get back. When I returned to the store with the paper receipt I was refunded the whole amount. Why would I not have been entitled to that with the e-receipt only. I will not ever rely on an e-receipt again.The definition of the receipt was that was what you received so I found it very annoying to have to make a return trip and thankfully I had a paper receipt or I would have been out of pocket.

Always great service
I use this store regularly and am always impressed by the great customer service. All staff are friendly and helpful, offfering to get items for you and happy to comment on your choices should you ask.
I love the range of clothes and acce on offer at the store and will continue to keep going back.
