Great service
They didn't have the size I wanted and offered to see if it was available to order. Ot was do I ordered it to the store for free and it came eithin 2 days. Great service.

Friendly, helpful staff.
Enjoyed 2 really great visits to Fat Face last week (Wimborne and Salisbury branches). The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. There was a lovely atmosphere in both branches and so many beautiful summer clothes to choose from.

Helpful mail order after sales in the shop.
Very friendly and helpful sales assistant at local shop. She dealt with my mail order return items there and reordered in smaller sizes for me. Deliveries were prompt.

Ordered two sale items online, picked up in Fatface store so no delivery charge. Staff in the store were very efficient and helpful. I tried on the items in the store. Such an easy process! T shirts, socks and hoody were fab, jeans fit at first really well but loosen up and become baggy quickly. Shame as loved them at first.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Unfortunately you didn't have the bag in the colour I wanted so I had to order online. Second one of these bags I have bought, they are perfect size.
