I like FatFace clothes. In the Monmouth store, in particular, the assistants are always helpful and friendly without being pushy.

Lovely sweater!
The sweater arrived quickly into our local store for collection. It is a lovely warm orangey/red and looks smart on. Good quality product. Haven’t washed it yet but experience with other FF jumpers has been positive so hopeful it will wash well and retain its shape.

No notification
I ordered 2 items on Sunday 15th October. I received an e mail on Monday the 16th of October to say my items had been despatched to the shop of my choice and the shop will notify me when they have received it. I waited until Monday the 23rd of October for the emai and I hadn’t received anything, so I contacted your customer services and they said it had been delivered to the shop. So we went to pick it up and they said it was there but it hadn’t been ticked off.
The shop is 10 miles away and we went shopping there on Saturday the 21st of October but I didn’t go in and ask them as your e mail said not to go to the shop until you receive confirmation they have the parcel.
I don’t think i’ll be ordering anything online again from your company.

Great company
Great company, such helpful staff. Had to return an item and the parcel hadnt got a returns label and they couldnt return it via the shop because i had paid with paypal. The staff very kindly supplied me with a spare label and i posted it. I have lots of fatface clothing, wish they would do more longline tunic tops, i love them.

Better off trying on in shop as sizing has become increasingly inconsistent
I love fat face the majority of my clothes are from them but their sizing has become very inconsistent.
