I love the crew at Fat Face Milton Keynes. Always friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. That’s why I keep going back!

The blonde lady who works Monday and Friday is incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our purchases and is a credit to FatFace.

I love going into Fat Face Milton Keynes! The customer service is of a consistently high standard. This time Pauline welcomed me back following some months of absence after surgery. The other female staff member (I'm sorry not to have remembered her name) seemed equally pleased to see me and to witness my obvious recovery. They made me feel like an old friend dropping in. The care following this was as attentive as always - helpful and encouraging without being pushy. I want to thank these two women particularly for their friendliness, caring and support before and after my surgery. They really go the extra mile and seem passionate about their work. It really has made all the difference.

I've been shopping with Fatface for many years and have always been impressed with not only the fantastic clothes but most importantly the brilliant, knowledgeable and very helpful staff both instore and online. Now I live abroad and rely on relatives to bring my orders when they visit. I was super impressed and grateful when Lauren (the agent I was chatting with online), sorted out an extended returns period for me due to the time it would take to get any items back to them. It's these little deeds of kindness and decency which set retailers apart and keep customers loyal for life! I returned a top that I had brought last week that was too big, the assistant seemed quite annoyed that ‘everyone had decided to return everything back to store today and so far they had not sold anything ‘ she was very loud and said that they were so far £300 down, and that she would probably not get paid, when she was serving me she asked for my FULL name, I asked why and she told me they need this because if someone was continually returning items, then they would need to be investigated , I think this is the first item I have had to return to one of your stores, But if this is the response you get if you decide to return something a couple of days later I will definitely think twice about buying from your stores in the first place.I think your staff need to be trained better in customer service, I for one do not like to be threatened with being investigated for returning a tee shirt. And as a customer it is none of my business what other people have returned or what the store has taken so far that day.

I bought this Talia Teddy jacket in the sale. What a bargain! It feels so soft and I'm sure lovely and warm for the autumn and winter. Slightly on the larger side, so downsizing would be recommended. Can be worn casual or dressed up a bit. Suits many occasions!
