I generally don’t write reviews but we had such a wonderful experience in your store that I had to.
The staff were so helpful, went an found different sizes & clothes for both my children, I have very tall children and struggle to find clothes that fit them as the clothes are designed to, they are often too short in the arms, or too baggy in the waist, but we had no issue finding lots of things for both of them, usually it takes my daughter hours to find something to buy that she likes, but we were in and out within about 45mins, with both having multiple new outfits, the stockroom clerks were just so helpful, & accommodating to our needs, each member of staff greeted us with a smile, good manners and a helpful attitude, each one of them is a credit to your company!.
Thank you for making our shopping trip stress free, because I hate shopping and not being able to quickly find what I want.

Quick processing my order
Quick processing my order. I mistakenly ordered same items twice. Two parcels to Royal Mail Click & Collect went astray. Jordan at Banbury branch extremely helpful as was Customer Service and staff in Banbury letting me know when items were delivered. Katie very helpful and Jordan dealt efficiently with refund for cardigans I had ordered twice.

New customer to Fat Face
As a customer of M&S, I have been disappointed with their product. Found Fat Face on the same retail park. Decided to purchase a pair of jeans! Size 32s fitted perfectly. So i ordered this pair. Online shopping experience is good.

Lovely friendly staff in the Banbury store. They couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely clothing. I wasn't even looking for anything in particular and ended up buying 2 dresses, a skirt, and a pair of trousers.
