My first order of samples didn't arrive. I'd had an email saying it was on its way so I presume it was lost in the post. Another was sent immediately. My 'proper' order arrived promptly. The price... Zobacz więcej

The prices on offer are very attractive but the returns policy is very limited. You lose 25% after 14 days and returns are not allowed after 30 days. Since I normally like to buy well in advance, and... Zobacz więcej

I have used Fashion Wallpaper quite a few times over the last 3 months.. Great brands at lower prices, super fast delivery (majority of the time, order arrived the next day).

Great company. Exceptional product.

My roll of wallpaper was sent promptly and arrived as expected.
The wallpaper is of exceptional quality and the company were offering the best price overall.
I will definitely be using them again for other clients.

2 weeks of failed delivery and disappointing customer service

I placed an order for paint based on the delivery timeframe advertised on the company's website. Almost two weeks later, I still hadn't received my order.
The original delivery encountered problems, and a replacement order was arranged, which also failed to arrive. On both occasions, I had arranged for a professional painter and had to cancel at short notice. This also disrupted other home improvement work and annual leave I had organised around the decorating.

What made the experience particularly frustrating was the lack of communication. I repeatedly had to chase the company for updates rather than being proactively informed of the delivery problems.

When I raised a complaint about the inconvenience and disruption, the company's response was to advise me that, in future, I should wait until I had received the paint before hiring a professional.

I found this response dismissive, particularly given that I had relied on their advertised delivery timeframe and subsequently rearranged my painter following their replacement order.
Their proposed goodwill gesture was that, if the paint eventually arrived despite the refund, I could keep it free of charge. Given that two deliveries had already failed, this was hardly reassuring.
A very disappointing experience, made worse by the way my complaint was handled. I would be reluctant to order from this company again.
