The product was not of great quality
The product was not of great quality, rolls were really thin. I returned but are out $185 in shipping fees. It just sucks that I bought wallpaper online and wish I hadn't. Still waiting on our shipment to arrive to get the refund.

Broken light
It took a month to deliver my light and when it did eventually turn up it was broken. Then it took another month to get the replacement. There didn’t seem to be much of a rush and i had to chase and chase. Eventually all sorted but the whole process could of been quicker

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the length of time it took to resolve the issue and get your replacement delivered. We completely understand your frustration and appreciate your patience throughout the process.
Unfortunately, after the original light arrived damaged, the replacement was temporarily out of stock with our supplier. This meant we had to wait for new stock to arrive before we could dispatch a replacement to you, which significantly extended the lead time.
That said, a month is far too long to wait, and we recognise that we could have communicated more proactively during this period.
We are pleased that everything has now been resolved and hope you are delighted with your new light. Your feedback is invaluable and will help us improve our replacement process so we can respond more quickly in similar situations in the future.

I bought the bic lamp in the middle of…
I bought the bic lamp in the middle of march, got it yesterday with an extra fee for faster delivery. God knows how long it would have taken without that. The lamp was intact, but he box was terribly damaged. I love the lamp, but I thought i was scammed to be honest.....

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry to hear about your experience.
We would like to clarify that the Seletti x Bic Light was sold as a pre-order item. This was clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. We were one of only two retailers in the UK to receive an initial allocation, which was very limited and sold out within 24 hours.
Each lamp is carefully checked before dispatch and packed securely for transit. We are sorry to hear that the outer box arrived damaged, although we are glad the lamp itself arrived safely and intact.
