Online experience - good. Packaging and delivery - not so good.
The online experience was good, the delivery was quick but when I received the package, the plastic corner was broken so some of the contains have fallen out. The item was suppose to be a gift but no longer suitable to give. Other than that, everything seems fine.

Absolute joke, I emailed and everything sent pictures and told you multiple times you’ve taken 100 pound out of my account for 2 but hampers when I only ordered one, you tried telling me I haven’t ordered anything yet it’s come and you didn’t answer no phone call or nothing what a joke never ordering here again the nuts better be nice for 100 quid.

According to our records we have only charged you once for 1 hamper for £50. However if we made a mistake please reach out and we will be happy to issue a full refund immediately. Please note our office number is 020 3754 0963 and office hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm. But we would also be happy to arrange for an out of hours call back if these times are not convenient. You can also contact us on care@farhi.co.uk We pride our selves on our customer service. Easy ordering, delivery was on date & time and item itself looks lovely. Once you have eaten the chocolates the pot they come in is do pretty that you could use it for a trinket box.

Just the best chocolate brazils ever! Bought these for my niece for Xmas, bought early so guaranteed I got some. Was introduced to Rita Farhi some years ago by my daughter. They have a generous cover of chocolate. Some might say expensive but I think we'll worth it!

Be Warned!...despite posting a seemingly caring reply beneath my review of their chocolate ginger in which it states they would like to make this matter right, I have not, to date, received so much as the common courtesy of a reply from their customer services "care" team.
I can only conclude that RJF Farhi responses to negative reviews are only posted to give a false impression that they actually give a damn.
