This is the third time dealing with customer service over an upcoming trip. I received an email about an issue with my flight information. Thankfully I was able to reach customer service and get further information to pacify the travel agent emailing me. Though the customer service person was confused at first they understood and quickly helped me to resolve the issue.

Alicia Smith of farebubble helped me with my airline tickets. She's excellent, Informative and professional in what she does and I'm very happy with the service I received.

I booked my return ticket with Farebubbles, but they could not credit my mastercard.
After a free phonecall, they succeeded, so I can continue my holiday with my son.

I was just about to cancel my vacation to see my kids and friends and I stumbled across your site. Thank you Fairbubble, because as I was looking at the other sites all flights were $1500 and for the exact same flight I am now on my way for third of that. My friends and family thank you! When I first booked my flight, I was excited about the flight and how great the cost was. I was told an email confirmation would come within 24 hrs of booking. When I didn't receive the email after 2 days, and the cost of the flight came out of my account, I called. It took forever to go through, but when it did, I was helped by a very nice rep who told me it would be in my email within 10 minutes. He actually called me back in 5 min to make sure I got the email and that everything was correct. I was very impressed with him and now was relieved that it was a legit booking (had read several very negative reviews)
The morning of the flight, on the way to the airport, we were in an accident. Needless to say, I didn't make my flight. I called Delta to let them know I would not make the flight, explained what happened, and was told that normally they would refund my money but since I went through a third party, I would need to go through them. So, I called Farebubble and after 6 attempts to get through, I was told I needed to call back in an hour and get a different rep because he couldn't help me. Again, I called several times before getting through, When I finally did, I was told by a very nice rep that since I went through the process of cancelling my flight they would give me a credit for the missed flight. All I had to do was send a copy of the police report which I did...5 times. It has now been 5 weeks, and I have yet to receive my flight credit and cannot get anyone to call or email me back. I know this is wordy, but please know that what they say isn't necessarily what they mean or will do.

Amazing Service! Ivan helped me find the flight I wanted and he even found me a better deal. unlike other companies who take your money without sending confirmation.

You have to be aware of what this site is: they're basically a travel agency where they have sources for discounted tickets and make them available to consumers. While you can book tickets, they need to be confirmed first, which means there's a wait between reserving it and getting the final booking.

That said, my experience was really smooth. I got tickets over the fourth of July weekend for a savings of around $300 per person, and the confirmed tickets came within 24 hours; I also asked a question via email and got a prompt reply.

My suggestion is that you don't use them if you really need the fully confirmed tickets right away, but otherwise they're a great place to check for a cheap fare. I plan to do that in the future.
