Easy booking with Leon Lopez with great patience to help me understand changes being made.

a) Initially I tried to buy a ticket FareBubble advertised on major travel-search portals.
b) They could not honor the advertised fare. Even after 2 days of booking, no tickets ever arrived. I then spoke with them on phone and an agent offered a different, higher-priced fare.
c) I agreed, and they really delivered the ticket after 2 days.

Recent issue. Past 2 days I have been trying to reach anyone (thru multiple emails, several voice mails and text messages). Airlines changed the scheduled flight and asked me to contact selling travel agent to change to a different flight. Travel date in next 2 days, and I am desperate.
I don't even know if the company is still in business. Airlines provided me a contact number that is registered with Delta; that number goes to a different company. That company complete dis-owned this ticket. I am at a dead-end now.
DO NOT BUY from this company. I will never, in the future.

Ultra competitive flight price at roughly 60% of the airline‘s direct booking published price.

Kevin Lopez did provide excellent service. Only small drawback is you get the confirmation after roughly half a day of wait, in which you keep your fingers crossed that the rate goes through.

Will definetly use this service again. Those who argue it may be scam be assured it definetly is not. it‘s just the rates are ultra competitive.

I needed RT tickets from Boston to Seattle for our family of 5. I read Frommer’s recommends the app, Momondo, so I decided to give it a try. I found a fantastic deal on Momondo. It was with Farebubble. Great price (though it did go down after I booked - bummer for me!) and fantastic flight times. Sometimes the price of a bargain is a long layover or multiple connections but this flight was nonstop and left and arrived at reasonable hours. It almost seemed too good to be true and I was incredibly nervous about it all. I was relieved when I saw the tickets appear one by one on my credit card and then more at ease when I received the email from Farebubble with a flight confirmation number in the time promised. We were even assigned good seats together on the plane!! I checked our confirmation number on the airline’s site and everything was all there. We had a easy flight with no issues whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend Farebubble!

Fare obtained from Momondo. $200 less than everyone else. I book. Once you hit the submit button, every other site would give you a confirmation code. Not here. You get a page telling you you'll be confirmed within 48 hours. Well, 24 hours later I get an e-mail telling me the fare changed. I return call to voicemail--3 different times. The next e-mail does not acknowledge my call or voicemail, but is a veiled threat of losing airfare. I request a full refund. Next e-mail (36 hour process) guarantees refund.

Farebubble continues to falsely advertise "great" prices on sites like Momondo for tickets that don't actually exist. They blame the problem on the airlines. They strung me along for a period of 2 weeks and had me book flights 3 times, promising I would receive an e-ticket confirmation in 24 to 48 hours. After calling since I never received confirmations, they offered a different (higher) price for the next flight. None of these bookings were confirmed and I suspect this is a common and frustrating experience for Farebubble customers. They are still advertising the original "great" but nonexistent flights on Momondo as I write.

awful experience. They never call you back, they have flights posted on their website that dont exist, the site never updates for days after the rest of them have updated and then they push a different, more expensive flight on you 6 days after the original reservation was made. Bait and switch.

Absolutely horrendous. Save yourself the hassle. It’s 1000% not worth it. We booked a flight, it got cancelled by a hurricane. If it weren’t for the cancellation, honestly would have been fine.

We called Farebubble, they said call the airline. We called the airline, they said they’d only be able to give about 60% of what we paid towards a flight credit and to call Farebubble to get the full eCredit. Called Farebubble, they again told us to call the airline. We had to spend 20 minutes trying to explain the situation, being told there was nothing they could do. We broke down and asked for the supervisor. The supervisor, Casper, tells us there is nothing we can do and can’t explain why we can’t get an eCredit for the full amount paid. We push back some more, then Casper proceeds to start yelling at us, saying we don’t appreciate the service they provide— but, eventually he magically was able to give a credit for the full amount paid. He was legitimately angrily ranting the entire time, truly a wild customer service experience. Never had anything like that happen. He finished by saying we’d need to call later to book the flight.

We look on the website before calling and there is a great flight for the same price we initially paid. We call and ask to use the eCredit to pay for that flight. The lady we are talking to applies a lot of pressure to upgrade to non-basic economy— threatening that the flight could get overbooked and that the ticket is non-refundable, so we’d just be out of luck. To get it over with, we just say screw it, we’ll pay $70 extra to upgrade and just get it over with. We provide credit card info and they say they’ll need to call back to confirm the booking.

We get a call 20 minutes later and they say they’ve charged our credit card for the flight, not used the eCredit. We ask for a refund, they say they’ll have to call us back. We get a call back, it’s Casper and he says they are able refund the credit card charge and ask to call us back again.

We then have to call them, they say they’ve refunded the flight charged ti the card, but that we need to now pay an additional $135 to get the flight booked. We ask for a manager, we get Casper. We try to get an explanation of what happened and how we got here. Casper says he’s going to use “special coupons” because he doesn’t want to lose a customer. After these “special coupons,” it’s the same $135 over what we were initially told. Meanwhile the website still says it’s available for the initial price.

We were completely fed up at this point so we just said screw it, charge us the $135 and let’s get this over with. We inform Casper that he’s still going to lose a customer because this has been really tough. Casper then proceeds to start ranting again about how ungrateful we are. Legitimately ranting back at us. Truly a shocking experience. Wish 0 stars was an option.

At first skeptic. Ticket send with wrong day, called costumer service and 36 hrs later I got the correct ticket. This website is fantastic for planning ahead.
Recommend to everyone who wants to save money.

i thought like other people that it might be a scam because of the very basic website but i got tickets for me and my sister at a really discounted price. i was able to call them from skype with the toll free number and talked to people everytime. i also booked via the help message on their website. i was help by mohit who handle everything. i did check with delta and everything is legit. i would definitly recommend it.

Booked a flight that seemed a little too good to be true. Flight wasn't booked, instead they email me saying that they are working on booking it and it may or may not go through. Get a phone call from someone in India saying that my flight was no longer available but they have another one for $100 more. I reject the offer, then they ask me to hold and say they will find something else. Come back with the same flight but $80 more. Again I reject and they attempt to make me hold while they bring the price down again and I just cancelled it.

3 months later I have a fraudulent attempt with the very same credit card. I'm not for certain that it was this shady website but this was the only place I used that card.

I was booking holiday-week roundtrip flights - & the Farebubble price was half what I would have paid for direct booking at Delta direct, great deal, so I made the reservation. While waiting for my e-tickets, I eventually learned (by calling Farebubble, busy signal and was disconnected several times, this did not inspire confidence) that the fare I booked was actually for basic economy and was "no longer available". So I was told that if I "still" wanted these exact flights/dates of travel, I would have to agree to a higher (by about $80) fare for "main cabin economy" seats. Not thrilled with this news, but I decided it was still worth it to me and proceeded with the reservation. I found this process to be a bit of bait & switch, especially since, when I again checked, the Farebubble website still had not adjusted its advertised fares for the exact same flights I booked, so other customers will be similarly surprised to have to pay a higher fare than offered on Farebubble. Anyhow, I got my e-tickets within 48 hours of booking and I double-checked that it's all 100% legit with the airline, so the end result is good even if the process itself could have been more smooth and transparent.

I had COVID and they were not helpful. It's more beneficial to buy tickets on airline website. Lesson learned.

I used Momondo and got a great fare for JFK to SFO on Delta during the Thanksgiving holidays through FareBubble.com. I booked this in September, 2.5 months in advance, so I wasn’t worried about the possible delay in ticketing that I saw from other reviews. After booking the ticket, I got an email about 2 days later that they tried to call me about my ticket, (I didn’t have any missed calls or voicemails from them). I called back and they said the basic economy fare is sold out and only main cabin fares were available for $67 more. I had a feeling they’d do this, so I had the Delta website open with the same flight loaded. Their price was still almost half of what was showing on Delta.com, so I agreed. Another day later, I receive an email from fare bubble that my card was declined. I called them and found out they had one digit incorrectly entered (though how does that happen when it should be copied from when I entered it at booking?). They placed the charge through the next day and one more day after that, I received my e-ticket with Delta. I was able to choose my seat on Delta.com using that confirmation number so everything is legit. I saved over $400 on this round trip ticket.

At first I was wary having read some negative reviews but I am now a fan. I got a great international flight for $300.00 less than anywhere else. My ticket came in less than 48 hours (but it was confirmed earlier.) I had to call to get my assigned seats. Casper, one of the managers and Elaina helped me right away. Excellent customer service.

I booked a flight but couldn’t get the actual tickets. I was told it was processed and the tickets were coming, but they never came, by that time the flights increased. they promised that it processed and is mid transition but it’s not.

Update: I spoke to Casper one of the managers who explained the process in full detail. He was very helpful. He explained that the airlines company were backed on the response therefore they gave times that they were given, but it might exceed that time. Communication is key. He was very transparent, which helped with expectations. Overall, he was professional and I ended up getting my tickets as purchased.

The absolute worst company. If I could give a 0 I would. They cancelled my reservation without my knowledge. Lied about sending emails. Beware!

Book a flight through their company. The next day, I received an e-mail saying I must contact them. When I called, they said I must pay $150 more to get the flights I already ordered. Buyer beware!

Update: the company reply is misleading. They quote a price then do not honor the price. That is false advertising, plain and simple!!

Reaching CS was spotty. Sometimes I reached VM and sometimes I reached a Rep (Casper) right away.

The reason I was reaching out to CS was because the ticket was not issued within 24 hrs as promised; then not by that night nor the next day. When I asked Casper to put in writing what he told me on the phone, he said he could not as he would get in trouble.

Eventually, at the 48 hr mark, the ticket was issued.

Too much friction for a simple purchase.
